輪船招商局的內河航運歷史——以招商內河輪船公司股票為中心

【摘要】:鴉片戰(zhàn)爭之后,海禁大開,中外互市。在當時的歷史條件下,商船是最為重要的運輸工具,各國非常重視航運業(yè)的發(fā)展。我國近代的輪船通航權是在列強逼迫之下逐漸開放的,呈現(xiàn)出先江海后內河的過程。輪船招商局創(chuàng)立于1872年,并于1902年成立其最大附屬企業(yè)內河輪船公司。中國航海博物館收藏的招商內河輪船公司股票為1902年(光緒二十八年)其初創(chuàng)時發(fā)行,股票、封套、息摺保存完整,品相完好,可窺見內河輪船公司的成立過程、興衰歷史及其與輪船招商局的關系,是我國晚清乃至民國初期波譎云詭的航運歷史的最好見證。
[Abstract]:After the Opium War, the sea was closed to the outside world. Under the historical conditions at that time, merchant ships were the most important means of transport, and many countries attached great importance to the development of the shipping industry. The ship Merchants Bureau was founded in 1872. In 1902, it established its largest subsidiary, Inland Shipping Company. The stock of Merchants Inland Shipping Company collected by the China Maritime Museum was issued on 1902 (Guang Xu for 28 years) when it was first launched. It can be seen that the establishment process, the history of rise and fall of inland river shipping company and its relationship with the ship Merchants Bureau are the best witnesses of the turbulent shipping history in the late Qing Dynasty and even the early period of the Republic of China.
