【摘要】：正秦漢簡牘中的"居縣",通常被認為指當事人當時所在的縣。通過對有關記載、特別是新出土資料的辨析可見,"居縣"其實是指當事人家鄉(xiāng)之縣。這個問題的厘清,有助于相關律令、文書文本的解讀,并對秦漢名籍管理及相關制度取得更多的了解。茲不揣淺陋,試作論述。在秦漢簡牘中,"居縣"一詞始見于云夢睡虎地秦簡,凡三條:
[Abstract]:The "Ju County" in the bamboo slips of the Qin and Han dynasties is usually regarded as referring to the county in which the party concerned was at that time. Through the analysis of relevant records, especially the newly unearthed materials, it can be seen that "Ju County" actually refers to the county where the person concerned came from. It is helpful for the interpretation of relevant laws and regulations, the text of the documents, and to gain a better understanding of the management of the names and the relevant systems of the Qin and Han dynasties. In the bamboo slips of the Qin and Han dynasties, the word "resident county" was first found in the Qin bamboo slips where Yunmeng slept in the tiger, where there are three articles:
