【摘要】：永嘉縣楠溪江流域分布著眾多歷史悠久的古村落,它們至今仍保存著大量豐富的古代文化印跡、古建筑文物,這些珍貴的歷史文物,為后人研究和了解楠溪江流域“耕讀文化”與“宗族文化”留下了寶貴的歷史財(cái)富。然而,隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的推進(jìn)和發(fā)展,古村落保護(hù)與現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)之間的矛盾日益凸顯,如何科學(xué)協(xié)調(diào)好社會(huì)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)與古村落保護(hù)之間的關(guān)系,已成為實(shí)現(xiàn)永嘉縣社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一項(xiàng)迫切課題。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料查詢與實(shí)地調(diào)研相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)永嘉縣楠溪江流域古村落及其保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了廣泛調(diào)研,并深入分析了永嘉縣楠溪江流域社會(huì)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中古村落保護(hù)存在的問(wèn)題及其原因,從而提出了永嘉縣楠溪江流域古村落開發(fā)與保護(hù)的對(duì)策建議。研究表明:永嘉縣楠溪江流域古村落保護(hù)整體上不錯(cuò),特別是對(duì)一些重點(diǎn)村落保護(hù)取得了實(shí)效,但在社會(huì)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)與古村落保護(hù)之間依舊存在問(wèn)題,主要包括:古村落整體景觀不協(xié)調(diào),部分古建筑破壞嚴(yán)重;一些古村旅游開發(fā)過(guò)度,旅游點(diǎn)商業(yè)氛圍太濃;非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)沒(méi)能受到足夠的重視和保護(hù)。為此研究提出了永嘉縣楠溪江古村落保護(hù)開發(fā)的幾點(diǎn)建議:一是加緊編制并實(shí)施古村落保護(hù)規(guī)劃;二是以“環(huán)境治理”為根本,著力改善提升古村生態(tài)環(huán)境;三是以“傳承文化”為重點(diǎn),加強(qiáng)古村落保護(hù)。
[Abstract]:Yongjia County, Nanxi River Valley is dotted with numerous historic villages, they still have a lot of rich ancient culture and cultural relics of ancient buildings, these precious historical relics, for future generations to study and understand the Nanxi River basin "farming culture" and "clan culture" left a valuable historical wealth. However, with the advance and the social and economic construction and development of ancient villages, the contradiction between protection and modernization has become increasingly prominent, how to coordinate the social science and the modernization of the relationship between protection of ancient villages, has become an urgent task to realize the sustainable development of social economy of Yongjia county. This paper uses the method of literature search and field research combining, the village of Yongjia Nanxi River County Valley Falls and conservation conducted extensive research and in-depth analysis of the ancient village of Yongjia County of Nanxi River basin social modernization Fall protection problems and their causes, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of ancient village Yongjia County Nanxi River river falls on the development and protection of Yongjia county. The study shows that Nanxi River basin protection of ancient villages is good, especially for some key village protection and achieved results, but in the social modernization and the protection of ancient villages still exist between the problem. Mainly includes: the ancient village landscape is not harmonious, some ancient buildings seriously damaged; some village tourism development over the tourism business atmosphere is too strong; the intangible cultural heritage can not receive enough attention and protection. This paper proposes some suggestions to protect the development of the ancient village of Yongjia County in Nanxi River: one is stepping up the preparation and implementation the ancient village protection planning; two is to "environmental governance" as the fundamental, to enhance efforts to improve the village ecological environment; three is the "cultural heritage" as the focus, strengthen the protection of ancient villages Support.
