【摘要】：目前，對于世界各國尤其是處于發(fā)展中的國家來說，古鎮(zhèn)歷史文化遺產(chǎn)的保護和開發(fā)成為其在加快城市化、現(xiàn)代化過程中存在的重大矛盾和難題；同時，對于我國來說也是目前亟待解決的重大難題。歷史城鎮(zhèn)的特色在于其特有的地域文化內(nèi)涵，其發(fā)展模式不應(yīng)與現(xiàn)代新興城鎮(zhèn)相同，而應(yīng)在歷史城鎮(zhèn)自身特色的基礎(chǔ)上，立“古”創(chuàng)“新”，開發(fā)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)。選擇鎮(zhèn)湖案例的原因是因為這里比較能反映大多數(shù)歷史文化名鎮(zhèn)保護與開發(fā)情況。本文首先簡要介紹歷史文化名鎮(zhèn)鎮(zhèn)湖的發(fā)展概述。其次，通過調(diào)查了解鎮(zhèn)湖古鎮(zhèn)開發(fā)的基本現(xiàn)狀以及在開發(fā)中出現(xiàn)的問題、居民與游客的意愿與期望，然后根據(jù)問卷分析結(jié)果再結(jié)合旅游容量測算結(jié)果，對鎮(zhèn)湖古鎮(zhèn)旅游存在的問題進行分析。接下來對鎮(zhèn)湖保護和旅游開發(fā)進行SWOT分析，以促進鎮(zhèn)湖鎮(zhèn)保護與開發(fā)工作順利開展，，為蘇州首個國家歷史文化名城保護區(qū)建設(shè)提供經(jīng)驗。最后結(jié)合鎮(zhèn)湖鎮(zhèn)古鎮(zhèn)旅游現(xiàn)狀，對古鎮(zhèn)保護和旅游開發(fā)提出發(fā)展思路。
[Abstract]:At present, for the countries in the world, especially the developing countries, the protection and development of the historical and cultural heritage of ancient towns has become a major contradiction and difficulty in the process of accelerating urbanization and modernization; at the same time, The characteristic of historical towns lies in their unique regional and cultural connotations, and their development mode should not be the same as modern new towns, but on the basis of their own characteristics. The reason for choosing the case of town lake is that it can reflect the protection and development of most famous historical and cultural towns. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the development of historic and cultural towns and lakes. Through the investigation to understand the basic situation of the development of the ancient town of Zhenhu and the problems in the development, the desire and expectation of the residents and tourists, then according to the results of the questionnaire analysis and then combined with the results of the tourism capacity calculation. In order to promote the smooth development of the protection and development of the town lake, the SWOT analysis of the protection and tourism development of the town lake is carried out in order to promote the smooth development of the protection and development of the town lake town. This paper provides experience for the construction of the first national historical and cultural city reserve in Suzhou. Finally, combined with the tourism situation of ancient town in Zhenhu town, the author puts forward the development ideas for the protection and tourism development of ancient town.
