【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)村落是村落形成較早,擁有較豐富的傳統(tǒng)資源,具有一定歷史、文化、科學(xué)、藝術(shù)、社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值,應(yīng)予以保護(hù)的村落。2012年住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部、文化部、國(guó)家文物局、財(cái)政部啟動(dòng)傳統(tǒng)村落調(diào)查和公布工作,目前已公布三批共2555個(gè)“中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)村落”,這對(duì)我國(guó)鄉(xiāng)村文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)具有極大的促進(jìn)作用。但在快速城鎮(zhèn)化和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)過(guò)程中,盲目的遷村并點(diǎn)和無(wú)序的村莊改建使得傳統(tǒng)村落遭到不同程度的破壞,一些村落的街巷和建筑功能、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和公共服務(wù)設(shè)施等方面已不能滿足居民日常生活需求。目前傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)與改造仍然是以政府為主導(dǎo),缺少居民實(shí)際參與,居民關(guān)心的許多問(wèn)題沒(méi)有得到很好地解決。作為傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)的核心利益相關(guān)者,居民滿意是保證傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的前提。本研究以河北省平山縣大莊傳統(tǒng)村落為例,從格局風(fēng)貌、歷史建筑、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和公共服務(wù)設(shè)施等方面開(kāi)展居民滿意度評(píng)價(jià)研究。結(jié)果顯示:街巷狹窄、綠地稀少和標(biāo)志性建筑保護(hù)不力引人擔(dān)憂;歷史建筑質(zhì)量加固、冬季供暖和通風(fēng)采光不理想、院落面積狹小等問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重影響了居住舒適程度;居民對(duì)垃圾集運(yùn)、污水排放、停車場(chǎng)、公共廁所以及對(duì)外交通設(shè)施建設(shè)的滯后反映強(qiáng)烈,養(yǎng)老、教育和醫(yī)療等公共服務(wù)設(shè)施的改善是居民的期盼。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容有:第一部分:分析了傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)研究的背景、目的和意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)和居民滿意度的研究進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)綜述,為本文研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)。第二部分:在傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)和居民滿意度相關(guān)研究與實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)基于居民滿意度的傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,以河北省大莊傳統(tǒng)村落為例進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析評(píng)估,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)村落居民保護(hù)意愿和原因進(jìn)行梳理,提出有效保護(hù)傳統(tǒng)村落建議。第三部分:基于居民滿意度的傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)的實(shí)證研究,將傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)居民滿意度的結(jié)論應(yīng)用于保護(hù)規(guī)劃編制中,以期提高保護(hù)規(guī)劃的質(zhì)量水平。
[Abstract]:The traditional village is the village formed earlier, with the traditional resource rich, has a certain historical, cultural, scientific, artistic, social, economic value, should protect the village of.2012 in the Ministry of housing and urban construction, the Ministry of culture, the State Administration of cultural heritage, the Ministry of finance to start the traditional village survey and published work, has announced three batches 2555 "Chinese traditional village", which has great role in promoting the protection of rural cultural heritage in China. But in the process of rapid urbanization and new rural construction, village relocation and reconstruction of the blind and disorderly village makes the traditional village by different degree of damage, some village streets and buildings, infrastructure and public service facilities can not meet the needs of the daily life of residents. The protection and transformation of traditional villages is still dominated by the government, the lack of actual participation of residents, many residents did not care Have been well solved. As the core interests related to the protection of traditional villages, residents satisfaction is the premise to ensure the protection of traditional villages and sustainable development. In this study, Pingshan County in Hebei province Zhuang Traditional Village as an example, from the pattern of style, historical buildings, evaluation of the satisfaction of residents to carry out infrastructure and public service facilities. The results show: the narrow streets and alleys, green scarce and landmark protection worrying; historical building quality reinforcement, winter heating and ventilation lighting is not ideal, the problem has seriously affected the narrow courtyard area of residential comfort; residents of waste collection, sewage discharge, parking lot, public toilet and foreign transportation infrastructure construction lag reflects strong, pension, education and health care and other public service facilities is to improve residents expectation. The main contents of this paper are: the first part: the analysis of the traditional village Fall protection research background, purpose and significance, systematic review of research on domestic and traditional village protection and resident satisfaction, provide a theoretical basis for this study. The second part: on the protection of traditional villages and residential satisfaction related research and Practice on the basis of the design based on traditional villages conservation questionnaire on the satisfaction degree of the residents in Hebei province. Zhuang Traditional Village as a case study analysis and assessment, combing traditional village residents protection intention and reason, put forward the effective protection of traditional villages. The third part: Empirical Study on protection of traditional village residents' satisfaction based on the protection of traditional village residents' satisfaction results are applied to the protection planning, in order to improve the quality level of protection planning.
