本文關(guān)鍵詞：跨國(guó)現(xiàn)象：一個(gè)研究移民的新框架——理論剖析與華人案例研究，由筆耕文化傳播整理發(fā)布。

【摘要】：在過(guò)去，移民的研究一般都定位在文化同化和多元化的模型上，影響移民的因素大多是在過(guò)去和現(xiàn)在比較的基礎(chǔ)上作出歸納的，移民的活動(dòng)往往受到外界因素的巨大影響。但事實(shí)上，移民作為一個(gè)活躍的主體進(jìn)行跨國(guó)活動(dòng)，引發(fā)了學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)跨國(guó)現(xiàn)象(Transnationalism)的重新探討。跨國(guó)現(xiàn)象更多地被定義為一種過(guò)程，移民建立社區(qū)，在母國(guó)和居住國(guó)之間建立跨國(guó)界的、多向性的家族、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、制度以及政治關(guān)系。 在總結(jié)前人的基礎(chǔ)上，本文主要從經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的角度對(duì)跨國(guó)現(xiàn)象的理論基礎(chǔ)做了歸納，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了相應(yīng)的研究方法論。本文在考察跨國(guó)現(xiàn)象時(shí)，給予全球化更多的關(guān)注，在全球化背景下研究跨國(guó)移民活動(dòng)的新發(fā)展以及兩者相互交融又相互區(qū)別的關(guān)系。全球化為跨國(guó)人口流動(dòng)提供了背景、機(jī)會(huì)和原動(dòng)力，而跨國(guó)人口流動(dòng)進(jìn)一步加劇了全球化趨勢(shì)。本文更加關(guān)注在跨國(guó)現(xiàn)象的框架里，移民作為積極的主體如何通過(guò)自己建立的社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)，以資本和信息為載體，進(jìn)行人力資源的流動(dòng)。 在分析跨國(guó)現(xiàn)象對(duì)移民的影響時(shí)，本文并沒(méi)有過(guò)多強(qiáng)調(diào)一些學(xué)者認(rèn)為的跨國(guó)現(xiàn)象模糊了國(guó)界和區(qū)域性，是不定的個(gè)人行為。而是以華人社區(qū)為例，主要研究了在全球化大趨勢(shì)下華人移民活動(dòng)和母國(guó)及居住國(guó)之間的地域聯(lián)系，，從而得出結(jié)論：跨國(guó)資源為社區(qū)的發(fā)展提供了強(qiáng)大的國(guó)際支持，而跨國(guó)活動(dòng)又與母國(guó)緊密地聯(lián)系在一起。跨國(guó)活動(dòng)雖然是流動(dòng)和變化的，但仍必須依托本地網(wǎng)絡(luò)和國(guó)際資源這兩個(gè)相對(duì)固定的因素。這一現(xiàn)象在未來(lái)的發(fā)展中還會(huì)持續(xù)下去，并表現(xiàn)得更加突出。
