【摘要】：對(duì)英國(guó)、德國(guó)、意大利體育賽場(chǎng)突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急管理的應(yīng)急組織體制、預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)警機(jī)制、應(yīng)急處置機(jī)制、法律保障體系以及應(yīng)急預(yù)案體系5個(gè)方面的成功做法與經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹,并結(jié)合我國(guó)體育賽場(chǎng)突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急管理的實(shí)際情況,提出對(duì)我國(guó)的啟示:完善體育賽事突發(fā)事的應(yīng)急法制體系;加強(qiáng)體育賽事突發(fā)事件預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的建設(shè);構(gòu)建體育賽事突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急管理信息系統(tǒng);加強(qiáng)體育賽事突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急管理隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The successful practice and experience of the five aspects of the emergency management of the emergency management of the emergency management of the sports events in the UK, Germany, Italy, the prediction and early warning mechanism, the emergency disposal mechanism, the legal security system and the emergency plan system are described in detail.
