【摘要】：費(fèi)爾干納盆地位于中亞南部,與我國(guó)新疆南部毗連,民族-宗教氛圍濃厚。近十幾年來(lái),中亞的幾次重大事件幾乎都與這個(gè)盆地密切相關(guān),它已經(jīng)成為中亞整體局勢(shì)變化的晴雨表,有的學(xué)者甚至把它稱為中亞安全的"火藥桶"。"費(fèi)爾干納問(wèn)題"已經(jīng)成為世界政治版圖上最為復(fù)雜的問(wèn)題之一,而20世紀(jì)20—30年代中亞民族-國(guó)家劃界時(shí)形成的若干飛地使目前的"費(fèi)爾干納問(wèn)題"更加復(fù)雜化,甚至在某種程度上將成為盆地三國(guó)間沖突的導(dǎo)火索。
[Abstract]:Fergana Basin is located in the south of Central Asia, adjacent to the southern Xinjiang of China, with a strong ethno-religious atmosphere. In recent years, several major events in Central Asia are almost closely related to this basin. It has become a barometer of the overall situation in Central Asia, and some scholars even call it the "powder keg" of Central Asian security. " The Fergana question has become one of the most complex problems in the world's political landscape, and the enclaves formed during the demarcation of the ethnic and national boundaries of Central Asia in the 1920s and 1930s have further complicated the present "Fergana problem". Even to some extent, it will be the trigger of the conflict between the three countries of the basin.
