【摘要】：議題設(shè)置是美國(guó)選舉政治的重要環(huán)節(jié),充當(dāng)著候選人與選民之間的關(guān)鍵鏈接。2008年金融危機(jī)以來(lái),中國(guó)議題日益成為美國(guó)選舉政治的熱點(diǎn)議題,影響著中美關(guān)系的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。基于議題設(shè)置的相關(guān)理論,本文對(duì)2010年中期選舉中的中國(guó)議題進(jìn)行了個(gè)案研究。文章指出,作為美國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)與就業(yè)議題的外化延續(xù),中國(guó)議題將在美國(guó)選舉政治中長(zhǎng)期存在。在實(shí)現(xiàn)候選人迎合政治與輿論潮流的傳播效果的同時(shí),中國(guó)議題還可以通過(guò)內(nèi)容闡釋框架與黨派屬性議題保持高度一致。文章認(rèn)為,競(jìng)選中的中國(guó)議題對(duì)候選人當(dāng)選后的涉華傾向具有消極影響,存在中國(guó)議題負(fù)面炒作的"常在化"趨勢(shì)�；谶@些觀點(diǎn),本文嘗試提出了加強(qiáng)對(duì)美經(jīng)濟(jì)外交、公共外交與人文交流、注意通過(guò)對(duì)美外交在選舉年主動(dòng)設(shè)置積極中國(guó)議題等對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Issue setting is an important link in American election politics, which acts as a key link between candidates and voters. Since the 2008 financial crisis, China issue has increasingly become a hot issue in American election politics, affecting the steady development of Sino-US relations.Based on the theory of topic setting, this paper makes a case study on the issue of China in the 2010 mid-term election.The article points out that as a continuation of the U.S. domestic economic and employment issues, the Chinese issue will exist in U.S. election politics for a long time.At the same time, the Chinese issue can also be highly consistent with the partisan nature through the framework of content interpretation.The article holds that the Chinese issue in the election has a negative influence on the tendency of the candidates to be concerned with China after they are elected, and there is a tendency of the negative hype of the Chinese issue.Based on these viewpoints, this paper tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as strengthening economic diplomacy, public diplomacy and people-to-people exchanges with the United States, and taking the initiative to set up a positive China issue in the election year.
