【摘要】：澳大利亞國(guó)家檔案館~1(National Archives of Australia)館長(zhǎng)于2015年5月發(fā)布了《數(shù)字信息、文件和檔案管理能力基準(zhǔn)》~2。這份指導(dǎo)性文件指出了政府機(jī)構(gòu)及其雇員為了有效地形成和管理信息、以滿足業(yè)務(wù)需求和問責(zé)要求所應(yīng)掌握的技能和知識(shí),概述了政府機(jī)構(gòu)在向數(shù)字信息管理全面轉(zhuǎn)型并保證數(shù)字信息長(zhǎng)期可查可用的過程中所需具備的能力。該《基準(zhǔn)》分三部分描述了三類人員的能力:所有雇員的能力、ICT(信息和通信技術(shù))專家的能力以及信息和文件檔案管理人員的能力。機(jī)構(gòu)可用它來制定員工職業(yè)發(fā)展計(jì)劃、編寫崗位說明、設(shè)定績(jī)效管理指標(biāo)、設(shè)計(jì)培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目和學(xué)習(xí)路徑等,個(gè)人可用它來更好地了解自身的信息管理責(zé)任和角色、確定職業(yè)進(jìn)階的學(xué)習(xí)方向等。
[Abstract]:The director of Australia's National Archives of Australia released the Digital Information, documents and Archives Management capability baseline in May 2015.This guidance document identifies the skills and knowledge that government agencies and their employees should acquire in order to effectively generate and manage information to meet operational needs and accountability requirements,This paper outlines the ability of government agencies in the process of making a comprehensive transition to digital information management and ensuring the long-term availability of digital information.The benchmark describes the competencies of three categories of personnel in three parts: the competencies of all employees / ICT experts and the capabilities of information and document file managers.It can be used by organizations to develop employee career development plans, prepare job descriptions, set performance management indicators, design training programs and learning paths, and so on. Individuals can use it to better understand their information management responsibilities and roles.Determine the direction of advanced career learning, etc.
