【摘要】：社區(qū)營造自20世紀90年代以來在許多亞洲國家和地區(qū)發(fā)展成為一項引人矚目的城市更新與社區(qū)改造運動。社區(qū)營造主要由居民主導,旨在改善社區(qū)硬軟件環(huán)境,強調以人為核心,在提升社區(qū)物理環(huán)境的同時營造人與人之間的關系網。研究以韓國為例,針對韓國社區(qū)營造的政府引導特性,回顧社區(qū)營造興起的背景及歷程,剖析其特性及類別,并以首爾市社區(qū)共同體營造為實證,集中探討其發(fā)展過程、運作狀況及核心價值等,以期為我國通過社區(qū)營造方式提升城鄉(xiāng)空間品質和社區(qū)生活質量提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, community building has developed into a remarkable urban renewal and community transformation movement in many Asian countries and regions. Emphasizing on taking people as the core, while promoting the physical environment of the community and building the relationship network between people. Taking Korea as an example, this paper reviews the background and course of the rise of community building in the light of the government-led characteristics of the community building in Korea, Analyzing its characteristics and categories, and taking the community community construction in Seoul as an example, focusing on its development process, operation status and core value, etc. In order to improve the quality of urban and rural space and community life through the way of community building.
