【摘要】：俄羅斯是世界上居民吸煙比例較高的國家之一,且其吸煙人數(shù)逐年遞增,女性煙民所占的比例逐年上升。據(jù)世界衛(wèi)生組織調(diào)查顯示,吸煙不但能導(dǎo)致各種并發(fā)癥及吸煙者過早死亡,且導(dǎo)致各種事故頻繁發(fā)生。俄羅斯政府采取一系列控?zé)煷胧?諸如公共場合禁煙、提高煙草消費稅、加大戒煙宣傳力度、干預(yù)煙草價格等手段達至戒煙的目的。
[Abstract]:Russia is one of the countries with a high proportion of smokers in the world, and the number of smokers is increasing year by year, and the proportion of female smokers is increasing year by year. Smoking not only causes complications and premature deaths of smokers, but also causes frequent accidents. The Russian government has taken a series of measures to control tobacco, such as banning smoking in public places, increasing tobacco consumption tax, and increasing publicity for smoking cessation. Intervention in tobacco prices and other means to achieve the purpose of quitting smoking.
