【摘要】：近年來,媒體與政治之間的緊張關(guān)系對國家政治舞臺構(gòu)成了直接挑戰(zhàn)。本文描述并分析了籠罩在“言論自由”陰影之下坦桑尼亞媒體。本文旨在回答以下問題：(1)為什么坦桑尼亞政府主動(dòng)給予媒體自由?(2)媒體對于政治的影響是什么?(3)在坦桑尼亞,媒體自由和言論自由的限度是多少?(4)根據(jù)相關(guān)法律法規(guī),媒體和言論自由的限制因素口口口什么?(5)怎樣實(shí)現(xiàn)坦桑尼亞媒體的獨(dú)立性?盡管坦桑尼亞媒體被視為是自由的,但是仍然受到一些法律和行政框架的控制。由于這些限制性法律的存在,政府-媒體層次的關(guān)系難以建立。因此,本文旨在通過研究探討給予及保證坦桑尼亞媒體自由和言論自由權(quán)的條件與要素,提出促進(jìn)媒體與政治議題的重要模式。
