進(jìn)口的中國(guó)高等教育服務(wù)對(duì)俄羅斯學(xué)生的影響

在當(dāng)今世界,中俄關(guān)系是反映世界形勢(shì)的最重要指標(biāo)。這是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治局勢(shì)所依賴的兩個(gè)最具影響力的世界大國(guó),不僅在亞太地區(qū),而且在整個(gè)世界。因此,中俄關(guān)系一直是各領(lǐng)域科學(xué)家研究的課題。在這方面,有必要制定研究中俄國(guó)際教育合作的新理論和實(shí)踐方法。隨著兩國(guó)合作的發(fā)展,在教育領(lǐng)域的密切合作不僅因?yàn)閮蓢?guó)有著共同的邊界,還應(yīng)該考慮到人道主義關(guān)系的重要作用。在這方面,從學(xué)術(shù)流動(dòng)的有效性和教育國(guó)際化的角度來研究俄中兩國(guó)的教育合作顯得十分重要和可取。為了進(jìn)行分析,筆者選擇了俄中教育合作的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),即從中國(guó)向俄羅斯聯(lián)邦進(jìn)口高等教育服務(wù)。教育經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,是“教育”概念遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超出投資或服務(wù)市場(chǎng)的范疇,成為經(jīng)濟(jì)的一個(gè)獨(dú)立分支的結(jié)果。如果我們將經(jīng)濟(jì)部門定義為一組質(zhì)量上同質(zhì)的企業(yè)、機(jī)構(gòu)和其他經(jīng)濟(jì)單位,其特點(diǎn)是共同或類似的工作條件、人員的專業(yè)構(gòu)成、履行的職能和制造的產(chǎn)品,然后,教育部門很容易被歸類為一個(gè)教育機(jī)構(gòu)體系。因此,考慮到提出的論點(diǎn),完成以下任務(wù)似乎很重要:1)在世界科學(xué)思想中,教育作為一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的形成過程是被考慮的。2)教育作為一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的各種理論方法被考慮在內(nèi)。3)分析了教育作為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的特征。4)...
