2015年尼泊爾與印度關系轉變的影響因素

尼泊爾是一個地理意義上的內(nèi)陸國家,它四面都被包圍,東、西、南三側與印度接壤,北部則與中國接壤。尼泊爾南部的平原地形,東部和西部的山丘地形,使得其進入印度比通過北部喜馬拉雅山和崎嶇地帶進入中國西藏更加容易。除了地理因素,尼泊爾與印度在文化、宗教、民主以及婚姻等方面幾乎都具有相似性。開放邊界、宗教信仰、語言共性和婚姻紐帶交織在一起,使得兩國建立了更加獨特的特殊關系。印度是尼泊爾最大的貿(mào)易伙伴。尼泊爾與印度的貿(mào)易占其貿(mào)易總額的三分之二,并且尼泊爾與第三國的貿(mào)易幾乎全都通過印度進行。但反過來,尼泊爾的自然資源給印度帶來的優(yōu)勢也是不可估量的。1950年兩國簽署的《和平與友誼條約》進一步使印度國民在貿(mào)易和工業(yè)方面的投資以及利用尼泊爾自然資源等方面享有優(yōu)惠待遇。這種友好關系從2006年開始進一步加速,但兩國關系在2015年9月底印度發(fā)起封鎖時面臨危機。2015年9月20日,尼泊爾期待已久的憲法頒布后,印度的封鎖就爆發(fā)了。因此,本研究闡述了長期以來兩國保持友好關系的因素,重點分析了2015年尼泊爾-印度關系惡化的關鍵因素。本研究共分五章。第一章介紹了研究背景、研究建議、研究方法、文獻綜述、研究框架和研...
