　　國際移民作為現(xiàn)代全球和區(qū)域移民運動的主要形式,其進程影響國際社會、經(jīng)濟、人口和政治等方面。在現(xiàn)代世界中,關(guān)于移民問題的研究以多種范式進行,從多元文化主義到保守主義、從傳統(tǒng)到現(xiàn)代的概念方法以及遷徙領(lǐng)域的理論發(fā)展并沒有詳盡分析人口移民的所有可能性,而只是證明了其研究的科學(xué)和實際需求在不斷增長,研究表達的極端分別是移民的融合和同化。政治和移民之間的相互依存關(guān)系日益明顯。一般來說,移民是政治上的一種爭議現(xiàn)象,一方面提供了加深國家之間交流的機會;另一方面,促進東道國政治變革,調(diào)整其社會經(jīng)濟政策以適應(yīng)移民進程。在上述過程中,移民網(wǎng)絡(luò)在東道國社會中呈現(xiàn)出雙向作用,社會經(jīng)濟政策的調(diào)整在幫助移民融入當?shù)厣鐣耐瑫r也阻礙了遷徙者的融合,保持了他們的孤立,并促使遷徙者形成“平行社會”,即擁有自己的文化、治理和教育結(jié)構(gòu)。國家的移民政策有兩個目標:一是鼓勵公民向國外移民,以緩解本國的社會、經(jīng)濟和人口的“緊張狀況”;二是希望獲得新的資源和市場。中國就是這種政策的生動例子,即在國外工作的中國人的經(jīng)濟潛力為原籍國現(xiàn)代化和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展做出了貢獻,并將國外的技能、知識和儲蓄轉(zhuǎn)移到中國,促進了中國的現(xiàn)代化進程。各國之間在移民互...
