2013-2014年的烏克蘭危機(jī)是國際關(guān)系中的一個(gè)特殊概念,由此產(chǎn)生了東西方地緣政治關(guān)系。然而,危機(jī)的原因十分復(fù)雜,可以將其劃分為一系列的內(nèi)部烏克蘭因素和外部政治因素。從一方面來說,由于烏克蘭國家的歷史、文化和精神的復(fù)雜集合,內(nèi)部政治原因可能被認(rèn)為是最有價(jià)值的。這一原因大多是客觀的,具有深刻的歷史原因。另一方面,腐敗、寡頭統(tǒng)治、社會(huì)嚴(yán)重不平等等內(nèi)在原因是主觀因素,這一點(diǎn)已經(jīng)被大量事實(shí)證明,不需要更多其它的證據(jù)。當(dāng)前研究的核心是另一大類要素,是以俄羅斯聯(lián)邦、美國等大國將烏克蘭作為外國因素和利益的對象,以及地緣政治影響的工具。然而,根據(jù)已將發(fā)表在科學(xué)出版物上的研究人員的觀點(diǎn)來看,這一項(xiàng)研究似乎并不那么重要。筆者首先從地緣政治學(xué)的角度提出自己的觀點(diǎn),將其作為現(xiàn)代烏克蘭這樣一個(gè)具有矛盾和豐富歷史的多維國家形成領(lǐng)土的歷史背景。同時(shí),地緣政治觀點(diǎn)包括一些方面,例如國際強(qiáng)國將烏克蘭領(lǐng)土視為進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大利益領(lǐng)域的重要一步。這一觀點(diǎn)主要是由另一位地緣政治學(xué)家提出的,他們從國際安全問題的角度來看待烏克蘭危機(jī),為當(dāng)前的研究提供了背景。烏克蘭問題可以稱為威脅歐洲安全體系的因素之一,它為俄羅斯聯(lián)邦與整個(gè)北約,特別...
