隨著整個(gè)亞洲大陸的復(fù)興,各國(guó)急需通過(guò)空氣空間、陸地、內(nèi)陸水域和海洋等多種渠道來(lái)增強(qiáng)聯(lián)系,這正是“一帶一路”倡議（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)BRI）提出的目的之一。特別是對(duì)于像尼泊爾這樣的中亞和南亞內(nèi)陸國(guó)家而言,BRI提供了各國(guó)彼此聯(lián)系的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、以及建設(shè)這些基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施所需的投資與聯(lián)系渠道。BRI給尼泊爾這樣一個(gè)以喜馬拉雅經(jīng)濟(jì)為主的內(nèi)陸國(guó)家?guī)?lái)了很多希望。本文從古代絲綢之路的歷史背景和尼泊爾與古代絲綢之路的關(guān)系入手,探討中尼關(guān)系及其這種關(guān)系對(duì)尼泊爾實(shí)施BRI的影響,進(jìn)而分析實(shí)施BRI給尼泊爾帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。本論文共分為五章,分別是緒論、古絲綢之路及其對(duì)“一帶一路”倡議的意義、尼泊爾實(shí)施BRI的現(xiàn)實(shí)條件（特別是中尼雙邊關(guān)系對(duì)實(shí)施BRI的影響）、尼泊爾實(shí)施BRI的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)以及結(jié)論部分。對(duì)于像尼泊爾這樣的最不發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家而言,BRI被視為一個(gè)空前絕后的機(jī)遇。這是因?yàn)檫@個(gè)喜馬拉雅內(nèi)陸經(jīng)濟(jì)完全依賴(lài)印度作為第三國(guó)貿(mào)易對(duì)象。尼泊爾因這種對(duì)印度的過(guò)度依賴(lài)而遭受了很大的沖擊,經(jīng)濟(jì)落后且急需現(xiàn)代化。BRI在尼泊爾的實(shí)施,將會(huì)給尼泊爾的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來(lái)很多機(jī)遇,但同時(shí)尼泊爾在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治和環(huán)境等方面也會(huì)面臨一些挑戰(zhàn)。但這些挑戰(zhàn)在追求...
