【摘要】：伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,社會文明在不斷的進步,最近幾年,我國農(nóng)村地區(qū)的精神文明得到了極大地改變。不過,現(xiàn)如今農(nóng)村地區(qū)的基本服務質(zhì)量還是比較落后,為了能夠更好的發(fā)展城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,需要打破現(xiàn)如今的城鄉(xiāng)二元結構,積極的發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)服務體系的建設。發(fā)展公共服務體系均等化的主要途徑之一就是要完善農(nóng)村地區(qū)的社區(qū)服務體系。本篇文章通過查找相關資料,對我國農(nóng)村地區(qū)的社區(qū)服務狀況進行了系統(tǒng)的分析研究,同時結合諸城市的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,進一步的分析了諸城市地區(qū)的服務體系運行狀況。對現(xiàn)如今我國的農(nóng)村社區(qū)體制進行合理的定位,能夠極大的推動我國農(nóng)村地區(qū)的服務發(fā)展,減小城鄉(xiāng)之間的差距,提高均等化的服務質(zhì)量,這對社會主義新農(nóng)村的建設有著非常重大的意義。此外,對諸城市地區(qū)的社區(qū)建設狀況進行全面的分析,能夠得到符合我國農(nóng)村發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗,并找出具體的實踐措施。為我國的城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展奠定堅實的基礎。本論文通過六章組成:第一部分,對社區(qū)及農(nóng)村新型社區(qū)建設的概念進行界定,明確農(nóng)村社區(qū)的背景和意義,以及本論文的研究內(nèi)容和方法。第二部分,通過對農(nóng)村新型社區(qū)建設的背景的分析研究,對城鄉(xiāng)關系變遷進行分析,對城鄉(xiāng)關系的探索時期、城鄉(xiāng)二元體制時期和城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展時期具體分析。第三部分,通過對諸城市農(nóng)村新型社區(qū)建設的現(xiàn)狀分析,結合農(nóng)村新型社區(qū)建設的動因分析,總結諸城市農(nóng)村新型社區(qū)建設的內(nèi)容。第四部分,分析諸城市農(nóng)村新型社區(qū)建設存在的問題。第五部分,針對諸城市農(nóng)村新型社區(qū)建設存在的問題,提出相應的改進農(nóng)村新型社區(qū)建設的對策及建議。第六部分,結論。
[Abstract]:With the development of our economy and the continuous progress of social civilization, the spiritual civilization in rural areas of our country has been greatly changed in recent years. However, the quality of basic services in rural areas is still relatively backward. In order to better develop the overall planning of urban and rural areas, it is necessary to break the current dual structure of urban and rural areas and actively develop the construction of service system in rural areas. One of the main ways to develop the equality of public service system is to improve the community service system in rural areas. By looking up the relevant data, this paper makes a systematic analysis and research on the community service situation in rural areas of China, and further analyzes the operation of the service system in Zhucheng areas combined with the present situation of economic development in Zhucheng areas. A reasonable orientation of the current rural community system in China can greatly promote the service development in rural areas of our country, reduce the gap between urban and rural areas, and improve the equal quality of service. This is of great significance to the construction of a new socialist countryside. In addition, a comprehensive analysis of the community construction in Zhucheng areas can get the experience in line with the rural development of our country, and find out the specific practical measures. It lays a solid foundation for the integrated development of urban and rural areas in China. This paper is composed of six chapters: the first part defines the concept of community and rural new community construction, clarifies the background and significance of rural community, as well as the research contents and methods of this paper. The second part, through the analysis and research of the background of the new rural community construction, analyzes the changes of the urban-rural relationship, the exploration period of the urban-rural relationship, the urban-rural dual system period and the urban-rural overall development period. The third part, through the analysis of the present situation of the new rural community construction in Zhucheng city, combined with the motivation analysis of the rural new community construction, summarizes the content of the new rural community construction in Zhucheng city. The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the construction of new rural communities in Zhucheng cities. The fifth part, in view of the problems existing in the construction of the new rural community in Zhucheng City, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of the new rural community. The sixth part, the conclusion.
