新媒體背景下馬克思主義大眾化實現(xiàn)路徑研究

【摘要】:本文主要研究新媒體背景下馬克思主義大眾化的實現(xiàn)路徑,探討新媒體時代如何更好地運用馬克思主義理論武裝全黨、教育人民。馬克思主義大眾化是一個歷久彌新的話題,馬克思主義需要不斷親近大眾,成為人們的思想共識和自覺追求。根據(jù)世情、國情、黨情的新變化和馬克思主義理論發(fā)展的新要求,黨的十七大首次提出馬克思主義大眾化的歷史命題,受到學術界和理論界的廣泛關注,隨后黨的十八大進一步提出推進馬克思主義中國化、時代化、大眾化的重大課題,這是實現(xiàn)中國夢的必然邏輯,也是一項高舉中國特色社會主義旗幟的戰(zhàn)略任務。網(wǎng)絡、手機等一系列新媒體的普及應用,已經(jīng)影響并且深刻地改變著我們的生活,既促進社會發(fā)展進步,也給馬克思主義意識形悉話語權(quán)帶來挑戰(zhàn),這是當前中國社會發(fā)展不可回避的客觀現(xiàn)實。國家“十三五”規(guī)劃明確提出實施網(wǎng)絡強國戰(zhàn)略和國家大數(shù)據(jù)戰(zhàn)略,不斷推進數(shù)據(jù)資源開放共享,牢固樹立創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享五大發(fā)展理念,為推進馬克思主義大眾化提供國家戰(zhàn)略契機。因此,研究新媒體背景下馬克思主義大眾化實現(xiàn)路徑對我國社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設具有重大價值。本文第一部分緒論。這一部分分別對研究背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究綜述,研究方法、創(chuàng)新之處進行概述。本文運用文獻法、矛盾分析法、理論聯(lián)系實際的研究方法,啟迪人們對于現(xiàn)實問題的理論思考,切實解決人民群眾日常生活問題。國外幾乎沒有對新媒體推進馬克思主義大眾化的相關研究,國內(nèi)此方面研究還處于起步階段,因此深入系統(tǒng)地研究此課題具有重要意義。本文第二部分相關概念和理論基礎。這一部分對新媒體的含義、特征以及馬克思主義大眾化的內(nèi)涵、實質(zhì)和特征進行基本闡釋,總結(jié)應用新媒體推進馬克思主義大眾化的必要性。筆者認為新媒體是具有交互性的媒介形態(tài),大致包括:網(wǎng)絡新媒體、手機新媒體、衍生新媒體三類。馬克思主義大眾化是一個動態(tài)過程,需要不斷實現(xiàn)理論與群眾的良性互動與共同發(fā)展,為全文奠定理論基礎。本文第三部分運用傳播媒介推進馬克思主義大眾化的歷史脈絡及基本經(jīng)驗。從新中國成立之前、新中國成立到改革開放之間、改革開放以后三個時期中國共產(chǎn)黨如何運用當時的傳播媒介推進馬克思主義大眾化展開敘述,總結(jié)出當時中國共產(chǎn)黨運用先進的傳播媒介推進馬克思主義理論宣傳和普及的基本經(jīng)驗,啟迪我們要充分借助新媒體優(yōu)勢大力推進馬克思主義大眾化順利開展。本文第四部分新媒體背景下推進馬克思主義大眾化的現(xiàn)狀分析。從內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢、弱勢,外部機遇、挑戰(zhàn)分別闡述,指出當前新媒體在推進馬克思主義大眾化中存在的問題,并分析問題存在的原因。本文第五部分對新媒體背景下馬克思主義大眾化指導原則與運行機制進行了詳細闡述,為研究實現(xiàn)路徑提供學理支撐。指導原則包括:黨性原則、時代性原則、理論與實踐相結(jié)合原則。運行機制包括:目標激勵機制、輿論引導機制、評估考核機制。本文第六部分新媒體背景下馬克思主義大眾化實現(xiàn)路徑的對策。從話語權(quán)、人才保障、陣地建設、媒體融合、制度監(jiān)管等方面進行詳細闡釋,特別強調(diào)創(chuàng)新馬克思主義話語體系,需要重構(gòu)現(xiàn)代政治話語、增強學術話語創(chuàng)新力、提煉日常生活話語、不斷提升國際話語權(quán)。筆者認為,我們要趨利避害,不斷總結(jié)經(jīng)驗,用中國夢和社會主義核心價值觀凝聚共識、匯聚力量,打造推進馬克思主義大眾化的新媒體輿論陣地,整合各方面資源形成合力,共同推進馬克思主義大眾化進程。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the realization path of the popularization of Marxism in the background of the new media, and probes into how to use the Marxist theory to armed the whole Party and educate the people in the new media age. The popularization of Marxism is a new topic, and Marxism needs to be close to the masses and become the people's ideological consensus and self-conscious pursuit. According to the new requirements of the world situation, the national conditions, the new changes of the party and the development of the Marxist theory, the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, for the first time, put forward the historical proposition of the popularization of Marxism, and received extensive attention from the academic and theoretical circles. It is the inevitable logic of realizing the Chinese dream, and it is also a strategic task to hold high the banner of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. The popularization and application of a series of new media, such as the network, the mobile phone and the like, has influenced and profoundly changes our lives, which not only promotes the progress of the social development, but also brings the challenge to the sense of the voice of the Marxism, which is the objective reality that the social development of China is not inevitable. "The national "XIII." plan clearly sets out the strategy of implementing the network power and the national big data strategy, constantly promotes the open sharing of data resources, firmly establishes the five development ideas of innovation, coordination, green, open and shared, and provides the national strategic opportunity for promoting the popularization of Marxism." Therefore, the realization of the popularization of Marxism under the background of new media is of great value to the construction of China's socialist modernization. The first part of this article is the introduction. This part provides an overview of the research background, the research significance, the domestic and foreign research, the research method and the innovation. In this paper, the author uses the method of literature, the contradiction analysis, the theory with the practice of the research, to enlighten the people to think about the real problem, to solve the problem of daily life of the people. There is little research on the popularization of the new media in foreign countries, and the domestic research is still in the initial stage, so it is of great significance to study the subject in depth. The second part of this paper is based on the concept and the theory. This part explains the meaning, character of new media and the connotation, essence and characteristics of the popularization of Marxism, and summarizes the necessity of applying the new media to promote the popularization of Marxism. The author thinks that the new media is an interactive medium form, which includes the new media of the network, the new media of the mobile phone and the new media. The popularization of Marxism is a dynamic process, and it is necessary to continuously realize the benign interaction and common development of the theory and the masses, and lay a theoretical foundation for the full text. The third part of this paper uses the media to promote the history and basic experience of the popularization of Marxism. Before the founding of the new China, the new China was established between the reform and opening-up and the reform and opening-up, and how the Chinese Communist Party used the media to promote the popularization of Marxism in the following three periods of reform and opening-up. This paper summarizes the basic experience of the CPC's use of advanced media to promote the propaganda and popularization of the theory of Marxism, and has inspired us to make full use of the new media to push forward the development of the popularization of Marxism. In the fourth part of this paper, the present situation of the popularization of Marxism is analyzed. From the internal advantage, the weakness, the external opportunity and the challenge, the paper points out the existing problems of the new media in the promotion of the popularization of Marxism, and analyzes the causes of the problems. In the fifth part of this paper, the guiding principles and operating mechanism of the popularization of Marxism under the background of new media are described in detail. The guiding principles include: the principle of the party, the principle of the times, the principle of the combination of the theory and the practice. The operating mechanism includes: the target incentive mechanism, the public opinion guiding mechanism and the evaluation and assessment mechanism. In the sixth part of this paper, the approach to the realization of the path of the popularization of Marxism in the context of the new media. This paper explains in detail from the aspects of the right of speech, the guarantee of the talents, the construction of the position, the fusion of the media and the supervision of the system, with special emphasis on the innovation of the Marxist discourse system. It is necessary to reconstruct the modern political discourse, to enhance the innovation of the academic discourse, to refine the discourse of daily life and to improve the international voice. in that light of the author's view, we should take advantage of the harm, to sum up the experience, to build consensus with the Chinese dream and the core values of socialism, to gather strength, to build a new media opinion position to promote the popularization of Marxism, and to combine the resources in all aspects to form a joint force, To promote the process of the popularization of Marxism.
