【摘要】：社會(huì)協(xié)商是社會(huì)治理的重要方式之一。社會(huì)協(xié)商的結(jié)構(gòu)包含了主體、客體和形式。社會(huì)協(xié)商以形成共識(shí)為目標(biāo),它具有廣泛性、開(kāi)放性、針對(duì)性的特征,其社會(huì)治理價(jià)值是增進(jìn)社會(huì)團(tuán)結(jié)、安定與和諧,調(diào)節(jié)社會(huì)成員個(gè)體心理,培育妥協(xié)精神。當(dāng)前社會(huì)協(xié)商的發(fā)展存在碎片化的特征,表現(xiàn)為社會(huì)協(xié)商觀念碎片化及其體制碎片化。社會(huì)協(xié)商在我國(guó)有著廣闊的發(fā)展前景,未來(lái)從碎片走向系統(tǒng),包括社會(huì)思想認(rèn)識(shí)、協(xié)商制度構(gòu)成及其程序的系統(tǒng)化,為此可以借鑒國(guó)外的若干經(jīng)驗(yàn),推進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)社會(huì)協(xié)商制度化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Social consultation is one of the important ways of social governance. The structure of social consultation includes subject, object and form. Social consultation aims at forming consensus, which has the characteristics of universality, openness and pertinence. Its social governance value is to promote social unity, stability and harmony, adjust the individual psychology of social members and cultivate the spirit of compromise. At present, the development of social consultation has the characteristics of fragmentation, which is manifested in the fragmentation of the concept of social consultation and the fragmentation of its system. Social consultation has a broad development prospect in our country. In the future, from debris to system, including the understanding of social thought, the composition of consultation system and the systematization of its procedures, we can draw lessons from some foreign experiences. We will promote the institutionalization of domestic social consultation.
