【摘要】：對(duì)于1961年馬特恩訪華事件,中國(guó)方面與國(guó)外學(xué)術(shù)界有著不同的敘述和解讀。實(shí)際上,這是一次單純的貿(mào)易訪問(wèn),雙方并未探討柏林問(wèn)題等政治事務(wù)。然而,兩國(guó)關(guān)系并未由此接近,反而還惡化了。中方在馬特恩訪華期間所采取的政治上支持、貿(mào)易上實(shí)事求是的方針,成為其在很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)期內(nèi)處理與民主德國(guó)關(guān)系時(shí)的基本方針。蘇聯(lián)卻對(duì)這一事件做出了錯(cuò)誤評(píng)估,并因此加大了對(duì)民主德國(guó)援助的力度。
[Abstract]:For Matt's visit to China in 1961, China has different narratives and interpretations from foreign academic circles. In fact, this is a simple trade visit, the two sides did not discuss Berlin and other political affairs. However, the relations between the two countries are not close to this, but have worsened. The policy of political support and seeking truth from facts in trade adopted by China during Matt's visit to China has become its basic policy in handling relations with the GDR for a long time. The Soviet Union, on the other hand, misassessed the incident and stepped up its aid to the GDR.
