【摘要】：本文以寧波動物園老虎傷人事件為背景,基于常識,通過澄清八個關(guān)于規(guī)則意識的認(rèn)識誤區(qū),揭示規(guī)則意識對于自由、法治的重要意義。自由生活內(nèi)在具有規(guī)則與規(guī)則意識。規(guī)則及其監(jiān)管漏洞、他人不守規(guī)則、貧窮等,均不能成為違反規(guī)則的合理理由。
[Abstract]:Based on the tiger injury incident in Ningbo Zoo and based on common sense, this paper clarifies eight misunderstandings about rule consciousness and reveals the significance of rule consciousness to freedom and rule of law. There are rules and awareness in free life. Rules and their regulatory loopholes, others do not abide by the rules, poverty and so on, can not be a reasonable reason for violating the rules.
