【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界,人類社會(huì)面臨的最嚴(yán)重危機(jī)不是經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)而是制度危機(jī),無(wú)論是全球治理層面還是國(guó)家治理層面,無(wú)論是西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家還是廣大發(fā)展中國(guó)家,制度變革遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于政治、社會(huì)、文化和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,新制度供給嚴(yán)重短缺。在全球性制度危機(jī)的大背景下,中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度的優(yōu)勢(shì)逐漸被世界認(rèn)可。文本重點(diǎn)研究的問(wèn)題包括:世界制度危機(jī)的表現(xiàn)和根源;中國(guó)的制度到底有哪些鮮明的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì);我們的制度自信、道路自信、理論自信、文化自信的底氣何在;中國(guó)的發(fā)展和改革探索對(duì)世界范圍的制度危機(jī)有哪些貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the most serious crisis facing human society is not the economic crisis but the institutional crisis, whether at the level of global governance or national governance, whether it is the western developed countries or the vast number of developing countries. The institutional reform lags far behind the political, social, cultural and economic development, and the supply of the new system is seriously in short supply. Under the background of global institutional crisis, the advantages of socialist system with Chinese characteristics have been gradually recognized by the world. The key problems of the text include: the performance and root of the world institutional crisis; what are the distinct characteristics and advantages of China's system? where are our institutional self-confidence, road self-confidence, theoretical self-confidence, and cultural self-confidence? China's development and reform explore what contributions to the world-wide institutional crisis.
