【摘要】：面對(duì)我國(guó)老齡化問(wèn)題的加速以及大家庭向小家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)變,空巢家庭日益增多并成為熱門的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。然而我國(guó)依舊面臨老齡化問(wèn)題的居住社區(qū)又將面臨“空巢家庭”這一特殊又普遍的老年家庭帶來(lái)的新的養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題。本文以社會(huì)老齡化問(wèn)題、空巢家庭問(wèn)題及居家養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題等社會(huì)學(xué)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題為研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn)。根據(jù)我國(guó)國(guó)情、“未富先老”以及老年人意愿,居家養(yǎng)老成為大多數(shù)老人的選擇,因此本文以居家養(yǎng)老的住宅類型為研究范圍。將60-75歲的空巢老年人作為研究對(duì)象,經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)研、實(shí)例分析對(duì)空巢老人的生理心理、生活行為、居住的室內(nèi)外環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析并結(jié)合中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)、觀念上對(duì)養(yǎng)老的影響,試圖發(fā)展一種適合中國(guó)空巢老年的新居住交往模式,為對(duì)空巢家庭居家養(yǎng)老住區(qū)模式對(duì)策研究奠定現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。然后結(jié)合建筑現(xiàn)象學(xué)、社會(huì)心理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)等多種學(xué)科以及國(guó)內(nèi)外典型老年居住案例,以諾伯格·舒爾茨在“存在與空間”理論中對(duì)居住概念的探討為理論研究基礎(chǔ),從社區(qū)環(huán)境、住區(qū)環(huán)境、公共區(qū)域、居住戶型四個(gè)層次提出相應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)性策略且每個(gè)層次都從形態(tài)、空間結(jié)構(gòu)、類型三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了深入探討,從而構(gòu)成一個(gè)完整的空巢家庭居家養(yǎng)老的住區(qū)模式架構(gòu),為空巢家庭居住需求尋求多元化的解決方案。最后在住區(qū)模式建構(gòu)中,圍繞“實(shí)現(xiàn)空巢老人家庭的歸屬感和社會(huì)參與性”為中心思想,期望將空巢養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)現(xiàn)空巢老人的養(yǎng)老價(jià)值,促進(jìn)將“消極養(yǎng)老”轉(zhuǎn)化為“積極養(yǎng)老”,從建設(shè)“看戶型社區(qū)”到“有意義的社區(qū)”,從“收容設(shè)施”變?yōu)椤凹业母杏X(jué)”。
[Abstract]:Faced with the acceleration of aging in China and the transformation from extended family to small family structure, empty-nest families are increasing day by day and become a hot social problem. However, the living community which still faces the aging problem will face the new old-age problem brought by the "empty nest family", which is a special and universal old-age family. This article takes the social aging problem, empty nest family problem and home-based pension problem as the starting point of the sociological hot issues. According to the national conditions of our country, "old age before getting rich" and the will of the elderly, it is the choice of the majority of old people to live at home. Therefore, this paper focuses on the type of housing for the aged at home. Taking the 60-year-old 75-year-old empty nest as the research object, through investigation and investigation, the author analyzes the physiological and psychological, living behavior and indoor and outdoor environment of the empty-nest elderly, and combines with the Chinese tradition, the influence of the concept on the old-age care. This paper attempts to develop a new residential communication model suitable for the elderly in empty nests in China, so as to lay a realistic foundation for the study on the countermeasures of the old-age housing model of empty-nest families. Then combined with architectural phenomenology, social psychology, sociology and other subjects as well as typical old-age living cases at home and abroad, this paper takes Norberg Schultz's discussion of the concept of residence in the theory of existence and space as the theoretical basis of research. From the four levels of community environment, residential environment, public area and residence type, the corresponding systematic strategies are put forward, and each level is deeply discussed from three aspects: form, spatial structure and type. So as to form a complete residential model of empty-nest families to support the elderly, and to seek diversified solutions for empty-nest families' housing needs. Finally, based on the idea of "realizing the sense of belonging and social participation of empty-nest elderly families", the author hopes to transform the problem of empty-nest old-age support into the realization of the old-age value of empty nest. We will promote the transformation of "negative old-age support" into "active old-age support", from building "household-oriented communities" to "meaningful communities", and from "reception facilities" to "feeling of home".
