【摘要】：中國正逐漸步入老齡化社會,采取何種措施來應(yīng)對人口老齡化帶來的各種老年人養(yǎng)老問題就顯得尤為重要。老年人養(yǎng)老問題對我國養(yǎng)老事業(yè)而言是一個很大的壓力,只有切實(shí)推進(jìn)針對老年人的居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù),才是徹底解決我國越來越嚴(yán)重的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)難的一種有效途徑。為了幫助老年人營造一個幸福、高質(zhì)量的晚年生活,本文結(jié)合軟件技術(shù)開發(fā)了一套居家養(yǎng)老管理系統(tǒng)。本文在論述居家養(yǎng)老設(shè)計模式的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合蘭州市城關(guān)區(qū)老年人的特殊需求,制定了詳細(xì)合理的居家養(yǎng)老設(shè)計原則。該系統(tǒng)的目的就是將家庭、社區(qū)、醫(yī)院及養(yǎng)老院提供的養(yǎng)老信息無縫的集成到一起,從而形成一個完整的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系。本文為老年人提供一種科學(xué)、合理的現(xiàn)代居家養(yǎng)老模式,建立了一個整合醫(yī)療服務(wù)、健康服務(wù)、信息服務(wù)、養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的管理系統(tǒng)。本文從五個方面詮釋了居家養(yǎng)老管理系統(tǒng)的主要服務(wù)內(nèi)容：居家養(yǎng)老基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)、居家養(yǎng)老呼叫服務(wù)、安全養(yǎng)老服務(wù)、健康養(yǎng)老服務(wù)、健康促進(jìn)服務(wù)。為了給疾病預(yù)測功能的開發(fā)提供理論依據(jù),本文結(jié)合BRFSS數(shù)據(jù)集,利用Logistic回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn)影響高血壓的危險因素。設(shè)計了基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的高血壓預(yù)測模型,為老年人疾病防控提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:China is gradually entering the aging society, what measures to take to deal with the aging of the elderly brought about by the problem is particularly important. The problem of old-age support is a great pressure for the elderly in our country. Only by promoting the home-based service for the elderly is an effective way to solve the more and more serious problems of the old-age service in our country. In order to help the elderly to build a happy, high-quality old-age life, this paper combined with software technology to develop a home-based pension management system. On the basis of discussing the design mode of the old-age at home, and combining with the special needs of the elderly in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City, this paper formulates the detailed and reasonable principles of the design of the old-age at home. The purpose of this system is to integrate the old-age information provided by family, community, hospital and nursing home seamlessly, so as to form a complete old-age service system. In this paper, a scientific and reasonable modern home-based pension model for the elderly is provided, and a management system integrating medical service, health service, information service and old-age service is established. This paper explains the main service contents of home-based pension management system from five aspects: home-based pension basic service, home-based pension call service, safe-aged service, health promotion service. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of disease prediction function, Logistic regression analysis was used to find the risk factors of hypertension based on BRFSS data set. The prediction model of hypertension based on BP neural network is designed, which provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of diseases in the elderly.
