【摘要】：正2016年,《俄羅斯東歐中亞研究》將迎來創(chuàng)刊35周年華誕。35年前,《俄羅斯東歐中亞研究》在國(guó)際風(fēng)云變幻中誕生,在雜志前身——《蘇聯(lián)東歐問題》問世之際,時(shí)任主編劉克明提出,我們出版這樣一個(gè)刊物,是為了推動(dòng)我國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)界開展對(duì)蘇聯(lián)東歐問題的研究,交流研究成果,加深我們對(duì)蘇聯(lián)東歐問題的認(rèn)識(shí)和了解。23年前,在刊物更名為《東歐中亞研究》并正式公開發(fā)行之際,時(shí)任主編徐葵提出,我們希望這個(gè)刊物,對(duì)繁榮和發(fā)展我國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)界
