中國參與聯(lián)合國維和行動的研究述評

【摘要】：國內(nèi)外學者對中國參與聯(lián)合國維和行動的研究,與中國軍事外交的拓展、中國對維和事務的參與度密切相關。20世紀80—90年代,中國對維和的態(tài)度發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,從不參與到有限參與聯(lián)合國維和行動,這一時期學界著重分析發(fā)生這種變化的原因;21世紀以來,中國參與聯(lián)合國維和行動的規(guī)模進一步擴大,形式逐漸多樣,中國積極參與聯(lián)合國維和行動的動機與原因成為國內(nèi)外學者研究和分析的重點;最近幾年,中國成為支持聯(lián)合國維和的中堅力量,學者們開始討論維和的中國方案,建立"中國維和學"的呼聲愈發(fā)高漲,這也將成為未來一段時間的研究熱點�？傮w來講,中外學者對中國參與聯(lián)合國維和行動的研究偏重政策性,而維和實踐層面問題也具有一定的學術價值,為此,需要中外學者采用過程追蹤和訪談等方法,與中國從事聯(lián)合國維和行動人員開展廣泛交流。
[Abstract]:Domestic and foreign scholars' research on China's participation in UN peacekeeping operations is closely related to the expansion of China's military diplomacy and China's participation in peacekeeping affairs. In the 1980s and 1990s, China's attitude towards peacekeeping changed. From non-participation to limited participation in United Nations peacekeeping operations, the academic community focused on the reasons for this change during this period; Since the 21st century, the scale of China's participation in UN peacekeeping operations has been further expanded, and the forms of China's active participation in UN peacekeeping operations have been gradually diversified. In recent years, China has become the backbone of support for UN peacekeeping. Scholars have begun to discuss the Chinese plan for peacekeeping, and the call for the establishment of "Chinese peacekeeping science" has become a growing concern, which will also become a hot research topic for a period of time in the future. Generally speaking, the research of Chinese and foreign scholars on China's participation in United Nations peacekeeping operations is policy-oriented, and the issue of peacekeeping practice also has a certain academic value. Therefore, it is necessary for Chinese and foreign scholars to adopt methods such as process tracking and interviews. Conduct extensive exchanges with Chinese personnel engaged in UN peacekeeping operations.
