【摘要】：中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義生態(tài)政治建設(shè)日益面臨復(fù)雜的國(guó)際背景和現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,政府機(jī)構(gòu)、企事業(yè)單位、民間組織與社會(huì)公眾等主體參與機(jī)制不足,亟需適合中國(guó)國(guó)情國(guó)力的中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義生態(tài)政治。要強(qiáng)化政府部門的生態(tài)責(zé)任,推動(dòng)生態(tài)治理的范式轉(zhuǎn)變;要完善生態(tài)環(huán)保監(jiān)管體制,健全生態(tài)環(huán)保管理機(jī)制;要強(qiáng)化生態(tài)政治建設(shè)的相關(guān)制度,完善生態(tài)政治建設(shè)的政策體系;要強(qiáng)化生態(tài)政治的國(guó)際合作,積極應(yīng)對(duì)全球性環(huán)境挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:The ecological and political construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics is increasingly faced with complex international background and realistic predicament, and the participation mechanism of government agencies, enterprises and institutions, non-governmental organizations and the public is insufficient. There is an urgent need for socialist ecological politics with Chinese characteristics suitable for China's national conditions and national strength. It is necessary to strengthen the ecological responsibility of government departments and promote the transformation of the paradigm of ecological governance, to perfect the supervision system of ecological environmental protection, to perfect the management mechanism of ecological environmental protection, to strengthen the relevant system of ecological political construction, to perfect the policy system of ecological political construction, and to improve the policy system of ecological political construction. We should strengthen international cooperation in ecological politics and actively respond to global environmental challenges.
