【摘要】：共享是社會主義本質(zhì)的體現(xiàn),共享發(fā)展所蘊含的公平正義是中國道路自信的基石。共享發(fā)展理念具有堅持人民主體地位、凸顯共同富裕的中國特色和時代特色、建立以社會公平為主要價值的保障體系、形成合作共贏和創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動的實現(xiàn)機制、打贏以增加公共服務(wù)供給為主線的共享攻堅戰(zhàn)的基本規(guī)定。同時,共享發(fā)展是以實現(xiàn)一個共享夢想,統(tǒng)籌兩個大局,打造三維共享發(fā)展共同體,形成四級推動系統(tǒng),創(chuàng)立五方面推進(jìn)的物質(zhì)財富共享模式為實踐邏輯。
[Abstract]:Sharing is the embodiment of socialist essence, and the fairness and justice contained in shared development are the cornerstone of China's road confidence. The concept of shared development has the characteristics of adhering to the people's dominant position, highlighting the common prosperity of China and the characteristics of the times, establishing a guarantee system with social equity as the main value, and forming a mechanism of win-win cooperation and innovation-driven realization. Basic rules for winning a shared battle to increase the supply of public services. At the same time, the shared development is based on the realization of a shared dream, the coordination of two overall situations, the creation of a three-dimensional shared development community, the formation of a four-level promotion system, and the creation of a five-aspect material wealth sharing model.
