【摘要】：隨著我國人口老齡化的發(fā)展趨勢,老齡化問題越來越嚴重,如何應對老齡化問題是全社會需要共同面對的問題。本論文以行為心理學的相關理論為基礎,以三家養(yǎng)老院為例,對養(yǎng)老院的室外環(huán)境進行了整體系統(tǒng)的分析,為合理開展養(yǎng)老院室外環(huán)境的規(guī)劃設計總結了理論依據(jù),并在實際項目中體現(xiàn)。首先,根據(jù)相關文獻和書籍資料,介紹了有關國內(nèi)外老齡化問題的研究現(xiàn)狀,通過題目的定位,界定了相關概念及研究方向;其次,采用實地調(diào)研法,對調(diào)研中三家養(yǎng)老院的基本概況、地理區(qū)位、室外空間組織、使用情況等進行了分析,并提出了不足之處及改進建議。針對三家養(yǎng)老院的調(diào)研分析歸納總結,整理出了有關老年人室外活動時間的安排、活動類型、形式等,及老年人對不同環(huán)境要素的認知度。將老年人的行為特征和基地的環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀整合研究,分析出了對養(yǎng)老院室外環(huán)境具有影響的幾個要素:安全性和無障礙性、室外空間開放性、綠化狀況、地面鋪裝、景觀小品元素和服務設施;最后,根據(jù)前期調(diào)研分析總結,借鑒國外優(yōu)秀養(yǎng)老院項目,將理論與實際相結合,在實際項目中得以體現(xiàn),充分注意到以老年人的行為特征為基準,豐富功能性空間種類,加強安全設施設計,注重標識系統(tǒng)及小品、照明設計。對未來養(yǎng)老院室外環(huán)境建設提出建議,呼吁社會各界重視養(yǎng)老院的室外空間設計,加大對養(yǎng)老院室外環(huán)境的后期管理維護措施,避免使用率低的現(xiàn)象存在。
[Abstract]:With the development of the population aging in our country, the problem of aging is becoming more and more serious, and how to deal with the problem of aging is a problem that the society needs to face together. On the basis of the related theories of behavioral psychology, the paper analyzes the outdoor environment of the nursing home with three nursing homes as an example, and summarizes the theoretical basis for the rational development of the outdoor environment of the nursing home, and is embodied in the practical project. First of all, according to the relevant literature and the book data, the present research status of the aging problem at home and abroad is introduced, the relevant concept and the research direction are defined through the positioning of the subject, and the basic situation and geographical location of the three nursing homes in the survey are made by the field investigation method. The outdoor space organization, usage and so on are analyzed, and the shortcomings and suggestions are put forward. Based on the research and analysis of three nursing homes, the paper sums up the arrangement, the type of activity, the form and so on of the outdoor activity time of the old people, and the cognition of the old people to different environmental factors. This paper studies the behavior characteristics of the old people and the current situation of the base, and analyses several factors which have an effect on the outdoor environment of the nursing home: the safety and the Aplastic, the open of the outdoor space, the greening condition, the ground paving, the elements of the landscape and the service facilities, and finally, According to the summary of the previous research and analysis, reference is made to the foreign excellent nursing home project, and the theory and the actual combination are combined, which can be reflected in the actual project, and the character of the behavior of the old people is fully observed, the functional space type is enriched, and the design of the safety facilities is enhanced. Focus on the identification system and the sketch and lighting design. The paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the outdoor environment of the nursing home in the future, and appeals to the community to pay attention to the outdoor space design of the nursing home, and to increase the post-management and maintenance measures for the outdoor environment of the nursing home, so as to avoid the phenomenon of low utilization rate.
