【摘要】：杜特爾特依托參與東盟地區(qū)事務,加強菲律賓在東盟合作當中的地位,更主要的國際戰(zhàn)略是調(diào)整大國關(guān)系,主動靠近中國,保持與日本的緊密合作,利用美國要同中國競爭與遏制中國的心態(tài),通過咒罵、批評美國,激將美國給菲律賓更多的經(jīng)濟軍事援助,讓菲律賓獲得更多的實際利益。杜特爾特的大國戰(zhàn)略大體上采取的是在經(jīng)濟上依賴中國,促進菲律賓發(fā)展;在安全和軍事上繼續(xù)依靠美國,保障菲律賓的安全;繼續(xù)加強同日本的緊密合作關(guān)系,用于牽制中國和美國。杜特爾特推行的國際戰(zhàn)略,實際上是一種現(xiàn)實主義政治的地緣平衡戰(zhàn)略,目的是為菲律賓贏得最大的利益實惠。
[Abstract]:Relying on his participation in ASEAN regional affairs, Duterte has strengthened the position of the Philippines in ASEAN cooperation. The more important international strategy is to readjust relations between big countries, take the initiative to approach China, and maintain close cooperation with Japan. Taking advantage of the mentality that the United States wants to compete with China and contain China, through cursing, criticizing the United States, encouraging the United States to give more economic and military assistance to the Philippines, the Philippines can gain more practical benefits. Duterte's great power strategy is to rely on China economically to promote the development of the Philippines, to continue to rely on the United States in security and military, to ensure the security of the Philippines. Continue to strengthen close cooperation with Japan to contain China and the United States. Duterte's international strategy is, in fact, a realistic geopolitical strategy aimed at maximizing the benefits for the Philippines.
