【摘要】：伴隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)步快速發(fā)展,我國國民物質(zhì)生活水平取得了顯著的提高,醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生水平在整體上有一個質(zhì)的提升,從而使得人們的平均壽命延長,人口死亡率也隨之逐年下降,導(dǎo)致我國老人的人口比重正在逐步增加。我國已經(jīng)進(jìn)入老齡化社會,且老齡化的進(jìn)程處于不間斷加速中,養(yǎng)老問題就是老齡化帶來的首要問題。然而,由于我國存在數(shù)量非常龐大的老人,社會保障并不完善,各方面條件均不成熟,養(yǎng)老問題依舊嚴(yán)峻。近年來,居家養(yǎng)老受到社會各方的關(guān)注,被大家當(dāng)作是解決我國養(yǎng)老難題的重要策略。我國老人有較高的居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求,然而需求被滿足的程度卻略低,特別是關(guān)于老人精神慰藉、人文關(guān)懷方面的服務(wù)需求。本文選擇居家養(yǎng)老方面的問題作為研究課題,為居家老人提供分享移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展最新成果的服務(wù),促進(jìn)老人的身心健康,減輕老人子女的負(fù)擔(dān),促進(jìn)社會的和諧。畢竟養(yǎng)老問題是影響著我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會進(jìn)步以及政治穩(wěn)定的大問題,借助于現(xiàn)代高新技術(shù)切實推進(jìn)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù),能在一定程度上減輕社會養(yǎng)老的負(fù)擔(dān),緩解我國養(yǎng)老難的問題。本文的研究內(nèi)容是分析不同養(yǎng)老方式的特色和居家老人的人文關(guān)懷需求,結(jié)合當(dāng)前比較流行的移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思想和方便應(yīng)用的技術(shù)手段,設(shè)計、實現(xiàn)居家養(yǎng)老的關(guān)懷服務(wù)系統(tǒng),突出老人最為需要的精神慰藉的功能設(shè)計,重點(diǎn)是智能陪聊,緩解老人居家養(yǎng)老壓力,讓老人足不出戶即可享受到優(yōu)質(zhì)的居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù),幫助老人營造幸福、高質(zhì)量的晚年生活氛圍。本文首先介紹了居家養(yǎng)老的現(xiàn)狀,并對智能語音處理、響應(yīng)式架構(gòu)和微信公眾平臺與接口等相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了簡要介紹,然后通過使用面向?qū)ο蟮姆椒▽蛹依先说男枨筮M(jìn)行分析,重點(diǎn)是居家老人的人文關(guān)懷需求,采用功能點(diǎn)列表、活動圖和順序圖的方式分析業(yè)務(wù)功能,并對系統(tǒng)用戶界面需求和軟件接口需求進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)描述。接著進(jìn)行居家老人關(guān)懷服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,介紹系統(tǒng)硬件部署和軟件架構(gòu),采用包圖、類圖等建模語言描述生活助手、老有所樂、養(yǎng)老商城、智能陪聊四大功能模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計,以及給出系統(tǒng)E-R圖設(shè)計和數(shù)據(jù)庫表設(shè)計,并對數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、用戶界面和軟件接口設(shè)計等方面進(jìn)行了簡要描述。在系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)階段,對前端響應(yīng)式、微信多功能服務(wù)和智能陪聊的實現(xiàn)原理進(jìn)行了介紹,同時展示了關(guān)鍵功能頁面效果圖。經(jīng)過實際測試,系統(tǒng)擁有較強(qiáng)的實用性以及擴(kuò)展性。本系統(tǒng)站在居家老人的需求層面,為居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的探索積累了一定價值的實踐基礎(chǔ)和技術(shù)研究。當(dāng)然,在居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的探索上,仍然有許多值得我們繼續(xù)進(jìn)行研究和完善。后續(xù),我們將做更多調(diào)研工作,深入老人內(nèi)部,了解老人更多的真實需求,為系統(tǒng)增添更加人性化的功能實現(xiàn)。同時針對系統(tǒng)各個方面進(jìn)行性能優(yōu)化,從而讓系統(tǒng)更加符合未來市場需求。
[Abstract]:With the steady and rapid development of the national economy, the material living standard of our country has been greatly improved, and the medical and health level has been improved qualitatively as a whole, so that the average life expectancy of people has been prolonged. The mortality rate is also decreasing year by year, which leads to the increase of population proportion of the elderly in our country. Our country has entered the aging society, and the aging process is accelerating continuously, the pension problem is the primary problem brought by the aging. However, due to the existence of a very large number of elderly people, social security is not perfect, conditions are not mature, pension problems are still grim. In recent years, the family pension has been concerned by all sides of the society, and is regarded as an important strategy to solve the pension problem in our country. The elderly in China have a higher demand for home care services, but the demand is slightly lower, especially on the elderly spiritual comfort, humanistic care service needs. In this paper, the problem of home care for the aged is chosen as a research topic to provide the elderly at home with the service of sharing the latest achievements in the development of the mobile Internet, to promote the physical and mental health of the elderly, to lighten the burden of their children, and to promote social harmony. After all, the problem of providing for the aged is a big problem affecting the economic development, social progress and political stability of our country. To a certain extent, the burden of social old-age support can be alleviated by the help of modern high and new technology to effectively promote the services for the aged at home. To alleviate the problem of pension problems in China. The research content of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of different ways of providing for the aged and the needs of humanistic care for the elderly at home, and to design and implement the care service system for the aged at home, combining with the popular idea of mobile Internet and the technical means of convenient application. Highlighting the most needed mental comfort function design for the elderly, the emphasis is on intelligent chatting, easing the pressure on the elderly to provide for the aged at home, so that the elderly can enjoy high quality home care services and help them build happiness. This paper first introduces the current situation of home care for the aged, and briefly introduces some related technologies, such as intelligent voice processing, responsive architecture, WeChat public platform and interface, etc. Then through the use of object-oriented methods to analyze the needs of the elderly at home, the emphasis is on the needs of the humanistic care of the elderly at home, using the list of function points, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams to analyze the business functions. The system user interface requirements and software interface requirements are described. Then the design of the care service system for the elderly at home is carried out, and the hardware deployment and software architecture of the system are introduced. The detailed design of the four functional modules, including package diagram, class diagram and other modeling languages, is used to describe the life assistant, the senior citizen, the aged shopping mall, the intelligent companion chat, etc. The design of system E-R diagram and database table are given, and the data transmission, user interface and software interface design are briefly described. In the phase of system implementation, the principle of front-end response, WeChat multi-function service and intelligent chat is introduced, and the key function page effect diagram is also presented. After the actual test, the system has strong practicability and expansibility. This system stands at the level of the needs of the elderly at home, and accumulates the practical foundation and technical research for the exploration of the home old-age service. Of course, in the exploration of home pension services, there are still many worthy of our continued research and improvement. In follow-up, we will do more research work, go deep into the elderly, understand more real needs of the elderly, and add more humanized functions to the system. At the same time, the system is optimized for all aspects of the system, so as to make the system more in line with the future market demand.
