【摘要】：中亞和外高加索國(guó)家的獨(dú)立及其發(fā)展?fàn)縿?dòng)著歐亞地區(qū)形勢(shì)和格局的演變,對(duì)歐亞大陸局勢(shì)的走向具有日益重要的作用。獨(dú)立以來(lái),該地區(qū)國(guó)家經(jīng)歷了獨(dú)立之初的劇烈震蕩,逐漸走向平穩(wěn)發(fā)展,正進(jìn)入一個(gè)復(fù)雜多變時(shí)期。各國(guó)都在根據(jù)本國(guó)現(xiàn)實(shí)積極探索符合自身國(guó)情的發(fā)展道路,地區(qū)局勢(shì)將朝著政治民主化、經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域化和安全復(fù)雜化的方向演進(jìn)。大國(guó)勢(shì)力經(jīng)過(guò)激烈博弈正進(jìn)入相持階段,各方力量趨于基本均衡,未來(lái)地區(qū)格局將朝著多極化方向發(fā)展。中亞外高地區(qū)穩(wěn)定仍存在諸多變數(shù),但和平與發(fā)展始終是大勢(shì)所趨。
[Abstract]:The independence and development of the countries in Central Asia and Transcaucasia affect the evolution of the situation and pattern in Eurasia and play an increasingly important role in the trend of the situation in Eurasia. Since independence, the countries in the region have experienced violent shocks at the beginning of independence, and are entering a complex and changeable period. All countries are actively exploring the road of development in accordance with their own national conditions according to their own reality, and the regional situation will evolve towards the direction of political democratization, economic regionalization and complication of security. After a fierce game, the great powers are entering the phase of stalemate, the forces of all sides tend to be basically balanced, and the regional pattern will develop towards the direction of multi-polarization in the future. There are still many variables in the stability of the region outside Central Asia, but peace and development have always been the trend of the times.
