【摘要】：正從2013年1月至2016年4月間,筆者組織課題組先后六次對基層干部和普通群眾的社會矛盾與社會心態(tài)等主題進行城鄉(xiāng)問卷調(diào)查,共獲得有效問卷6600余份;同時采取半結構式的個別訪談和座談會,完成以鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、街道黨委書記、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)長和街道辦主任等基層干部為主的訪談600余人次,涉及江蘇、山東、湖北、四川、安徽等16個省、直轄市。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),干群較為一致地認為,本世紀以來征地拆遷、勞資糾紛、企業(yè)改制、環(huán)境糾紛、歷史遺留等重大矛盾突出,交通
[Abstract]:From January 2013 to April 2016, the author organized six questionnaires on the social contradictions and social mentality of grassroots cadres and ordinary people, and obtained more than 6600 valid questionnaires. At the same time, they adopted semi-structured individual interviews and symposia to complete interviews with more than 600 grass-roots cadres, mainly township, street party committee secretaries, township chiefs and district office directors, involving 16 provinces, including Jiangsu, Shandong, Hubei, Sichuan, and Anhui.
