【摘要】：自上世紀(jì)七十年代我國施行計劃生育基本國策以來,越來越多的家庭只生育一個孩子,獨生子女家庭逐漸成為我國社會的主要家庭形式。然則,獨生子女的獨一性也帶來脆弱性,特別是各種社會風(fēng)險的大量存在增加了獨生子女過早離世的可能,由此,失獨家庭出現(xiàn)。隨著計生政策的繼續(xù)推行,伴隨失獨而來的社會問題也日益嚴(yán)重�，F(xiàn)今,這項政策的第一批踐行者已慢慢步入老年階段,而獨生子女的意外死亡,使得這些愈發(fā)衰老的老人,不僅要品嘗失去唯一子女的痛苦,還要肩負(fù)起自己下半輩子的生活。怎樣使失獨老年群體老有所養(yǎng)、老有所依、老有所終,為他們提供切實有效的幫助,提高失獨老年群體的生活滿意度,成為擺在全社會面前亟待解決的緊要任務(wù)。本文選取失獨家庭作為研究對象,以江蘇省南京市溧水區(qū)為例,通過親自接觸失獨家庭,在對該區(qū)失獨家庭進(jìn)行徹底查訪的基礎(chǔ)上,了解到該區(qū)失獨老人的生活現(xiàn)狀以及他們對當(dāng)前生活的滿意度,總結(jié)并分析制約其生活滿意度的因素,結(jié)合我國實際,根據(jù)分析得出的因素,在個人生活、政府層面、社會環(huán)境以及社區(qū)環(huán)境方面提出相關(guān)政策措施,使得該群體能夠在政府、家庭、社會、社區(qū)集體參與的多元幫扶系統(tǒng)的幫助之下走出困境、邁向新生。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the basic national policy of family planning in the 1970s, more and more families have only one child, and the one-child family has gradually become the main form of family in our society. However, the singularity of the only child also brings vulnerability, especially the existence of various social risks increases the possibility of premature death of the only child. With the continued implementation of the family planning policy, the social problems associated with the loss of independence are becoming increasingly serious. Now, the first practitioners of the policy are slowly moving into old age, and the accidental death of only children has made these aging people not only taste the pain of losing their only child, but also shoulder the rest of their lives. How to make the old people who have lost independence have a sense of security, the old have a basis, and the old have an end, to provide them with effective help, to improve the life satisfaction of the elderly, become the urgent task to be solved in front of the whole society. Taking Lishui District of Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province as an example, this paper selects the family of lost independence as the research object, and makes a thorough visit to the lost family through personal contact with the lost family. To understand the living conditions of the elderly who have lost their independence in this area and their satisfaction with their current life, summarize and analyze the factors that restrict their satisfaction with their life, combine the reality of our country, according to the factors obtained from the analysis, in the level of personal life, government, The social environment and the community environment put forward the relevant policy measures, so that the group can get out of the predicament with the help of the multi-help system of government, family, society and community collective participation, and step forward to a new life.
