【摘要】：統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線在中國革命和建設(shè)過程中發(fā)揮了巨大的作用,它是中國共產(chǎn)黨的重要法寶之一,同時肩負著凝聚人心、團結(jié)力量、為實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興而奮斗的重任。隨著國內(nèi)、國外形勢的不斷變化,以及中國革命和改革的歷史進程,黨和國家對統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的要求也不斷變化。黨的十八大報告首次正式提出全面"建成"小康社會。小康社會的發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了幾個階段,新時期由"建設(shè)"變?yōu)?建成",雖然只有一字之差,但這充分體現(xiàn)了中國共產(chǎn)黨的信心和決心。要實現(xiàn)全面小康,經(jīng)濟建設(shè)、政治建設(shè)、文化建設(shè)、社會建設(shè)、生態(tài)文明建設(shè)都離不開統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線,統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線在全面建成小康社會的進程中發(fā)揮著重要作用。我們必須正確認識、并充分利用統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線這一法寶在新時期的作用。文章主要通過五個部分對統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線在全面建成小康社會中的作用進行了詳細、系統(tǒng)的研究,并針對目前統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線工作的現(xiàn)狀進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)當前統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線中存在的問題,最后提出充分發(fā)揮統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線作用的策略。第一部分主要闡述了選擇這個課題的背景和當前國內(nèi)外學術(shù)界對這一課題的研究現(xiàn)狀,以及文章的研究思路、方法等,目的是體現(xiàn)研究本課題的必要性。第二部分對統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線和全面建成小康社會的基本概念進行界定,并對它們的歷史演進進行梳理,以體現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的重要性。第三部分是對當前統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線在推動全面建成小康社會中的現(xiàn)狀進行分析,體現(xiàn)本課題研究的可行性。第四部分是本課題的重點部分,分別從經(jīng)濟、政治、文化、社會、生態(tài)這五個方面論述了統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線在推進全面建成小康社會中的具體作用。第五部分針對當前統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線現(xiàn)狀中存在的問題,提出解決的策略,以期統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線能在全面建成小康社會的進程中充分發(fā)揮作用。"十三五"時期是全面建成小康社會的決勝時期。必須充分重視統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的作用,調(diào)動一切可以調(diào)動的力量,為全面建成小康社會服務(wù)。文章通過論述統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線在經(jīng)濟、政治、文化、社會、生態(tài)建設(shè)中發(fā)揮的作用,可以引導人們對統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的正確認識與充分了解,積極參與到統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線中來,保障全面建成小康社會順利完成。
[Abstract]:The United front has played a great role in the process of Chinese revolution and construction. It is one of the important magic weapons of the Communist Party of China. At the same time, it shoulders the important task of rallying people's hearts, uniting forces and striving for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. With the constant changes of the situation at home and abroad, as well as the historical process of Chinese revolution and reform, the demands of the Party and the state on the United front are constantly changing. For the first time, the report of the 18 Party Congress formally put forward a comprehensive "building" of a well-off society. The development of a well-off society has gone through several stages, and the new period has changed from "construction" to "completion". Although there is only one word difference, it fully reflects the confidence and determination of the Communist Party of China. In order to realize the overall well-off, economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction and ecological civilization construction, the United front is inseparable from the United front, and the United front plays an important role in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way. We must correctly understand and make full use of the role of the United front as a magic weapon in the new era. Through five parts, the article makes a detailed and systematic study on the role of the United front in building a well-off society in an all-round way, and analyzes the current situation of the United front work, and finds out the problems existing in the current United front. Finally, the strategy of giving full play to the role of the United front is put forward. The first part mainly expounds the background of choosing this topic and the current research status of this subject in the academic circles at home and abroad, as well as the research ideas and methods of the article, the purpose of which is to reflect the necessity of studying this subject. The second part defines the basic concepts of the United front and building a well-off society in an all-round way, and combs their historical evolution in order to reflect the importance of the United front. The third part is to analyze the current situation of the United front in promoting the overall construction of a well-off society, reflecting the feasibility of this subject. The fourth part is the key part of this subject, respectively from the economic, political, cultural, social, ecological five aspects of the United front in promoting the overall establishment of a well-off society in the specific role. In the fifth part, in view of the problems existing in the present situation of the United front, the author puts forward some strategies to solve the problems, in the hope that the United front can play a full role in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way. " The third five-year Plan period is the decisive period of building a well-off society in an all-round way. We must pay full attention to the role of the United front, mobilize all the forces that can be mobilized, and serve the building of a well-off society in an all-round way. By discussing the role played by the United front in the construction of economy, politics, culture, society and ecology, the article can guide people to have a correct understanding and full understanding of the United front and actively participate in the United front. We will ensure the smooth completion of a well-off society in an all-round way.
