【摘要】：治理理論和非營利組織研究的歐洲范式是群團(tuán)組織參與社會(huì)治理的理論依據(jù)。群團(tuán)組織的國家屬性和社會(huì)屬性使其參與社會(huì)治理具有獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)。所謂"共同參與"是指,群團(tuán)組織及其聯(lián)系的各類社會(huì)主體和覆蓋的目標(biāo)社會(huì)群體共同成為國家進(jìn)行社會(huì)建設(shè)的協(xié)同者和參與者。"共同參與"直接破解的是經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域共同富裕產(chǎn)生的諸多困境。作為破解機(jī)制,"共同參與"并非要從根本上消除經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來的困境,而是以社會(huì)的邏輯緩解經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來的陣痛以及滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)帶給社會(huì)成員的新需求。群團(tuán)組織參與社會(huì)治理的總體思路是"搭臺(tái)唱戲",在堅(jiān)持自己唱好戲的基礎(chǔ)上,花更大力氣搭好臺(tái),使各類社會(huì)主體和目標(biāo)社會(huì)群體唱好戲。
[Abstract]:The European paradigm of governance theory and non-profit organization research is the theoretical basis of group organization participating in social governance. The national and social attributes of the group organization make its participation in social governance have unique advantages. The so-called "joint participation" means that the various social subjects and the target social groups covered by the group organizations and their links together become the collaborators and participants in the social construction of the country. " Common participation "is directly solved in the economic field of common prosperity caused by many difficulties." As a cracking mechanism, "joint participation" is not to fundamentally eliminate the predicament brought by economic development, but to alleviate the pains brought by economic development with social logic and to meet the new needs of social members brought by economic belt. The general idea of group organization to participate in social governance is "setting up a stage singing drama", and on the basis of insisting on its own singing a good play, we should make greater efforts to build a good stage, so that all kinds of social subjects and target social groups can sing well.
