【摘要】：官民矛盾問題作為一個突出性問題,已經(jīng)步入"顯化期"并成為當(dāng)前中國社會矛盾一個新的增長點。"直接利益沖突"與"無利益沖突"是官民矛盾的兩個基礎(chǔ)類別。政府主導(dǎo)與民眾需求的矛盾、國家職能轉(zhuǎn)換與民眾心理預(yù)期的沖突、公共權(quán)力與民爭利、民眾權(quán)利意識覺醒、網(wǎng)絡(luò)的助推與放大效應(yīng)以及矛盾化解手段的單一化等是官民矛盾的誘發(fā)因素。化解官民矛盾的形勢盡管嚴(yán)峻,但仍有許多優(yōu)勢和空間,而這需要國家的治理轉(zhuǎn)型來實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:As an outstanding problem, the contradiction between the government and the people has entered the "explicit period" and has become a new growth point of the current Chinese social contradiction. "direct conflict of interest" and "no conflict of interest" are the two basic categories of the contradiction between the government and the people. The contradiction between the government leading and the people's demand, the conflict between the transformation of state function and the people's psychological expectation, the public power and the people's contention for profit, the awakening of the people's consciousness of right, The booster and amplification effect of the network and the simplification of the means of resolving the contradiction are the inducing factors of the contradiction between the government and the people. Although the situation of resolving the contradiction between government and people is severe, there are still many advantages and space.
