【摘要】："421"型家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的涌現(xiàn)和人口老齡化進(jìn)程的加快使隔代照料成為目前我國(guó)家庭照料的一種重要形式。但是作為隔代照料提供者的老年人,他們的健康狀況卻經(jīng)常被忽視。本文試圖通過使用2013年中國(guó)健康與養(yǎng)老追蹤調(diào)查(CHARLS)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用STATA數(shù)據(jù)分析方法,研究提供隔代照料與不提供隔代照料的老年人在日�；顒�(dòng)能力障礙、自評(píng)健康狀況和心理健康狀況三方面的不同。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),提供隔代照料對(duì)老年人的日�；顒�(dòng)能力障礙、自評(píng)健康狀況、心理健康狀況三方面均產(chǎn)生了負(fù)面影響。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of "421" family structure and the acceleration of population aging process, intergenerational care has become an important form of family care in China. But the health status of older people as intergenerational care providers is often overlooked. Using (CHARLS) data from China Health and Old-Age tracking Survey in 2013 and using STATA data analysis method, this paper attempts to study the disability in daily activities of the elderly who provide and do not provide intergenerational care. Self-assessment of health status and mental health of the three aspects of the difference. The results showed that the provision of intergenerational care had negative effects on the ability of daily activities self-assessment and mental health of the elderly.
