【摘要】：知識(shí)分子是一個(gè)特殊的群體,他們不僅掌握著大量的知識(shí),而且具有敏銳的觀察力和批判精神,同時(shí)他們也是各民族文化的創(chuàng)造者和繼承者。尤其是在擁有五千年文化發(fā)展史的中國(guó),知識(shí)分子的作用更是有目共睹的。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨也十分重視知識(shí)分子問(wèn)題,無(wú)論是在社會(huì)主義革命時(shí)期還是在社會(huì)主義建設(shè)時(shí)期都制定了相應(yīng)的知識(shí)分子政策。鄧小平一直重視和關(guān)注知識(shí)分子問(wèn)題,特別是改革開(kāi)放后,中國(guó)面臨著社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的新挑戰(zhàn),急需得到廣大的知識(shí)分子的支持和幫助。因此,鄧小平在認(rèn)真總結(jié)了中國(guó)的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)后,繼承和發(fā)展了毛澤東的知識(shí)分子理論和思想,對(duì)知識(shí)分子群體進(jìn)行了深入研究,形成了一系列關(guān)于知識(shí)分子問(wèn)題的思想和主張。鄧小平在知識(shí)分子問(wèn)題上做了大量的工作,首先為知識(shí)分子恢復(fù)名譽(yù),調(diào)動(dòng)了知識(shí)分子的積極性,同時(shí)還制定出與時(shí)代發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的知識(shí)分子的路線(xiàn)、方針和政策,最大限度地調(diào)動(dòng)了廣大知識(shí)分子的主動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性,鄧小平的知識(shí)分子思想對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)具有重要的歷史意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)作用。本文分五個(gè)部分對(duì)鄧小平知識(shí)分子思想進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。第一部分引言。主要介紹了選題背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分鄧小平知識(shí)分子思想概述。主要闡述了鄧小平知識(shí)分子思想形成的條件、鄧小平知識(shí)分子思想的形成過(guò)程、鄧小平知識(shí)分子思想的基本內(nèi)容和鄧小平知識(shí)分子思想的特點(diǎn)等內(nèi)容,指出鄧小平知識(shí)分子思想具有思想的繼承性、理論的創(chuàng)新性、鮮明的時(shí)代性和突出的實(shí)踐性等特點(diǎn);第三部分鄧小平知識(shí)分子思想的實(shí)踐。指出鄧小平知識(shí)分子思想的實(shí)踐主要體現(xiàn)在恢復(fù)知識(shí)分子名譽(yù)和地位、努力調(diào)動(dòng)知識(shí)分子的積極性、重視對(duì)知識(shí)分子的培養(yǎng)和教育、規(guī)范知識(shí)分子管理和使用等方面。第四部分鄧小平知識(shí)分子思想的當(dāng)代價(jià)值。主要論述了鄧小平知識(shí)分子思想的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐價(jià)值以及當(dāng)代啟示等。本文指出知識(shí)分子政策的當(dāng)代價(jià)值主要體現(xiàn)在充分發(fā)揮知識(shí)分子作用的基礎(chǔ)、知識(shí)分子政策是黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的風(fēng)向標(biāo)、知識(shí)分子是國(guó)家現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的中堅(jiān)力量等內(nèi)容。第五部分結(jié)論。論述了鄧小平知識(shí)分子思想的重要作用和實(shí)踐意義,對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)事業(yè)起到巨大的推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:Intellectuals are a special group, they not only have a large amount of knowledge, but also have a keen observation and critical spirit, at the same time, they are the creators and successors of various national cultures. Especially in China, which has a history of five thousand years of cultural development, the role of intellectuals is obvious to all. The Communist Party of China also attaches great importance to the issue of intellectuals, whether in the period of socialist revolution or in the period of socialist construction, the corresponding intellectual policy has been formulated. Deng Xiaoping has always attached importance to and paid attention to the problem of intellectuals, especially after the reform and opening up, China is facing new challenges of socialist construction, and needs the support and help of the vast numbers of intellectuals. Therefore, after conscientiously summing up the historical experience of China's socialist construction, Deng Xiaoping inherited and developed Mao Zedong's intellectual theory and thought, and made an in-depth study of the intellectual community. Formed a series of thoughts and propositions on the issue of intellectuals. Deng Xiaoping has done a great deal of work on the issue of intellectuals. First of all, he has rehabilitated intellectuals and aroused their enthusiasm. At the same time, he has worked out the line, principles and policies of intellectuals in keeping with the development of the times. The intellectual thought of Deng Xiaoping has important historical significance and realistic function to the socialist modernization construction of our country. This article divides five parts to carry on the systematic research to Deng Xiaoping intellectual thought. The first part is introduction. This paper mainly introduces the background, research significance, domestic and foreign research status and innovation. The second part is an overview of Deng Xiaoping's intellectual thought. This paper mainly expounds the conditions for the formation of Deng Xiaoping's intellectual thought, the forming process of Deng Xiaoping's intellectual thought, the basic content of Deng Xiaoping's intellectual thought and the characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's intellectual thought, etc. It is pointed out that Deng Xiaoping's intellectual thought has the characteristics of inheritance of thought, innovation of theory, distinct epoch and outstanding practice. The third part is the practice of Deng Xiaoping's intellectual thought. It is pointed out that the practice of Deng Xiaoping's intellectual thought is mainly reflected in restoring the reputation and status of intellectuals, arousing the enthusiasm of intellectuals, attaching importance to the cultivation and education of intellectuals, standardizing the management and use of intellectuals, and so on. The fourth part is the contemporary value of Deng Xiaoping's intellectual thought. This paper mainly discusses the theoretical value and practical value of Deng Xiaoping's intellectual thought, as well as contemporary enlightenment. This paper points out that the contemporary value of intellectual policy is mainly reflected in the basis of giving full play to the role of intellectuals. Intellectual policy is the vane of the Party's leadership and intellectuals are the backbone of the modernization construction of the country. The fifth part concludes. This paper discusses the important role and practical significance of Deng Xiaoping's intellectual thought, which plays a great role in promoting the modernization of our country.
