【摘要】：宋朝承襲中唐以來的社會(huì)變革趨勢(shì),國家—社會(huì)形成了兩分化的新型結(jié)構(gòu)。在此背景下,宋朝社會(huì)保障制度的建立,出現(xiàn)了雙軌制的特點(diǎn)。對(duì)體制內(nèi),重點(diǎn)保障官僚階層,優(yōu)待軍人群體;對(duì)體制外,重點(diǎn)保障城市貧民,集中力量救助鄉(xiāng)村饑荒。這種制度安排,強(qiáng)化了宋朝體制內(nèi)外的分割與差異,顯示了這種過渡性制度的歷史局限。
[Abstract]:The Song Dynasty inherited the trend of social change since the mid-Tang Dynasty, and the state-society formed a new structure with two divisions. Under this background, the establishment of social security system of Song Dynasty, appeared the characteristic of double track system. Within the system, we should focus on protecting the bureaucratic class and giving preferential treatment to the military; outside the system, we should focus on protecting the urban poor and concentrating our efforts on helping the famine in the countryside. This kind of system arrangement strengthened the division and difference inside and outside the Song Dynasty system, and showed the historical limitation of this transitional system.
