【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,以習(xí)近平總書記為核心的新一屆中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體形成了一系列治國(guó)理政新理念、新思想、新戰(zhàn)略,逐步形成了治國(guó)理政思想,為中國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展提供了堅(jiān)定的理論依據(jù),為中國(guó)未來發(fā)展提供了前進(jìn)方向。習(xí)近平治國(guó)理政思想是我國(guó)人民實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的理論升華,是以習(xí)近平為總書記的中共中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體對(duì)于解決中國(guó)突出問題的新理念,也是靈活運(yùn)用馬克思主義觀點(diǎn)解決中國(guó)實(shí)際問題的典范,更是當(dāng)今馬克思主義中國(guó)化的最新成果。習(xí)近平治國(guó)理政思想是對(duì)中國(guó)具體的實(shí)際問題所制定的方針政策,對(duì)中國(guó)社會(huì)的發(fā)展具有普遍的指導(dǎo)意義。本文對(duì)習(xí)近平治國(guó)理政思想的哲學(xué)研究由四部分組成。首先,界定習(xí)近平治國(guó)理政的基本內(nèi)容。由于其思想涵蓋范圍非常的廣泛,因此在內(nèi)容的界定上存在一定的困難,主要圍繞五個(gè)方面:堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展馬克思主義為理論靈魂,堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義為理論主題,實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)為理論目標(biāo),“四個(gè)全面”為理論核心,“五大發(fā)展”新理念為理論指南。其次,闡述習(xí)近平治國(guó)理政思想的理論來源。治國(guó)理政思想是馬克思主義與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的最新成果,是對(duì)馬克思主義思想的繼承與發(fā)展,也是習(xí)近平同志對(duì)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化的哲學(xué)思想和我國(guó)古代治國(guó)理政思想的繼承與發(fā)展,做到了古為今用,古為今鑒。再次,論述習(xí)近平治國(guó)理政思想的哲學(xué)意蘊(yùn)。習(xí)近平同志善于運(yùn)用馬克思主義哲學(xué)觀點(diǎn)和方法解決問題,其思想具有豐富的哲學(xué)意蘊(yùn),形成了具有獨(dú)立特性的“習(xí)近平式”哲學(xué)思想。主要從兩方面分析其思想的哲學(xué)意蘊(yùn),一是從唯物辯證法角度,另一方面是從唯物史觀角度。習(xí)近平同志面對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的突出問題善于把唯物辯證法思想運(yùn)用于實(shí)際問題解決之中。以人民為中心,是習(xí)近平治國(guó)理政的核心,也是整個(gè)社會(huì)發(fā)展圍繞的中心。最后,探討習(xí)近平治國(guó)理政的哲學(xué)思想對(duì)中國(guó)當(dāng)前社會(huì)的發(fā)展啟示,從經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、文化建設(shè)、政治建設(shè)、社會(huì)建設(shè)、生態(tài)文明建設(shè)五個(gè)方面闡述其思想所產(chǎn)生的重大影響,提出了具有針對(duì)性的發(fā)展新理念。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, a series of new ideas, new ideas and new strategies have been formed in the new central leadership collective with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core. It provides a firm theoretical basis for China's social development and provides a way forward for China's future development. Xi Jinping's thought of governing and managing his country is a theoretical sublimation of the practical experience of the Chinese people and a new concept of the CPC Central Committee leadership collective with Xi Jinping as its general secretary to solve the outstanding problems in China. It is also the model of flexible use of Marxist viewpoint to solve China's practical problems, but also the latest achievement of Marxism in China. Xi Jinping's thought of governing the country is a general policy for China's specific practical problems, and has universal guiding significance for the development of Chinese society. The philosophical study of Xi Jinping's thought of governing and managing politics consists of four parts. First, define the basic content of Xi Jinping's governance. Because of its wide range of ideas, there are some difficulties in the definition of content, mainly around five aspects: adhering to and developing Marxism as the theoretical soul, adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics as the theoretical theme. Chinese Dream, who realizes the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, is the theoretical goal, "four all-round" is the core of the theory, and the new concept of "five big development" is the theoretical guide. Secondly, expound the theoretical source of Xi Jinping's thought of governing the country. The thought of governing the country and politics is the latest achievement of Marxism, the inheritance and development of Marxist thought, and the inheritance and development of Comrade Xi Jinping's philosophical thought of Chinese traditional culture and the thought of administering the country in ancient times. The past is used for the present, and the past is for the present. Thirdly, it discusses the philosophical implication of Xi Jinping's thought of governing and managing his country. Comrade Xi Jinping is good at using Marxist philosophical viewpoints and methods to solve problems. His thoughts have rich philosophical implication and form the "Xi Jinping style" philosophy thought with independent characteristics. The philosophical implication of his thought is mainly analyzed from two aspects, one is from materialist dialectics, the other is from the angle of historical materialism. Facing the outstanding problems in China's social development, Comrade Xi Jinping is good at applying materialist dialectics to practical problems. People-centered is the core of Xi Jinping's administration and the center of social development. Finally, this paper discusses the enlightenment of Xi Jinping's philosophy of governing and managing politics to the development of China's current society, and expounds the great influence of Xi Jinping's thoughts on economic construction, cultural construction, political construction, social construction and ecological civilization construction from five aspects: economic construction, cultural construction, political construction, social construction, and ecological civilization construction. A new concept of development is put forward.
