【摘要】：目前,我國農(nóng)村留守老人已成為一個日益龐大的特殊群體,其健康狀況不容樂觀,需要改善健康現(xiàn)狀,以避免因老致貧、因病致貧和因病返貧�；谏綎|省農(nóng)村地區(qū)的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),使用結構方程模型分析了農(nóng)村留守老人健康評價與其影響因素之間的結構關系。結果表明,農(nóng)村留守老人的健康評價不僅與他們的收入水平、受教育程度息息相關,而且也受其家庭因素和當?shù)厣鐓^(qū)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務的影響;這些影響因素均發(fā)揮了不同程度的直接或間接作用。因此,通過自身、家庭、社區(qū)和政府的合力,才能保障農(nóng)村留守老人的基本生活,規(guī)避健康危險因素,提高農(nóng)村留守老人的整體健康水平。
[Abstract]:At present, the elderly left behind in rural areas in our country have become an increasingly large special group, whose health condition is not optimistic. It is necessary to improve the health status so as to avoid poverty caused by old age, illness and return to poverty. Based on the investigation data in rural areas of Shandong Province, the structural relationship between health evaluation and its influencing factors of the elderly left behind in rural areas was analyzed by using structural equation model. The results showed that the health evaluation of the elderly left behind in rural areas was not only closely related to their income level and education level, but also affected by their family factors and the local community medical and health services. All these factors play a direct or indirect role in different degrees. Therefore, through the joint efforts of oneself, family, community and government, we can guarantee the basic life of the rural left-behind old people, avoid the health risk factors, and improve the overall health level of the rural left-behind elderly people.
