【摘要】：中國特色社會(huì)主義正義觀是中國特色社會(huì)主義理論的重要組成部分,是依據(jù)歷史發(fā)展和時(shí)代要求對(duì)馬克思主義正義理論的堅(jiān)持繼承與創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展,中國特色社會(huì)主義正義觀立足于中國社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)實(shí)踐,體現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義的本質(zhì)要求,“是中國特色社會(huì)主義的內(nèi)在要求”。我國的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)經(jīng)過30余年的改革開放大發(fā)展,取得舉世矚目的成就。中國特色社會(huì)主義理論經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)發(fā)展過程,而中國特色正義觀也隨之產(chǎn)生完善。中國共產(chǎn)黨以實(shí)事求是為原則,體察中國國情做出了正確論述,指出中國社會(huì)目前仍屬于社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段,社會(huì)主義中國還沒有高度發(fā)達(dá),所以中國特色社會(huì)主義正義觀不僅具有一般社會(huì)主義正義觀的特征,還具有一般社會(huì)主義正義觀所沒有的獨(dú)有特征。社會(huì)主義正義觀要充分體現(xiàn)勞動(dòng)人民的正義,但在社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段,發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力是首要任務(wù),要堅(jiān)持效率優(yōu)先,也要兼顧公平,因此在正義問題上,就要求既要保障勞動(dòng)人民的正義,同時(shí)又要保證整個(gè)社會(huì)的公平正義,既要堅(jiān)持正義的理論性和人民性,又要堅(jiān)持正義的實(shí)踐性和現(xiàn)實(shí)性。本文擬在對(duì)中西方正義觀及馬克思主義正義觀發(fā)展進(jìn)程的梳理之上,進(jìn)一步闡述中國特色社會(huì)主義正義觀的產(chǎn)生、形成以及發(fā)展歷程,不同社會(huì)制度下不同類型正義觀包括具有中國特色社會(huì)主義、資本主義,社會(huì)主義的正義觀進(jìn)行對(duì)照研究,分析出其內(nèi)涵實(shí)質(zhì)與基本特征。具有中國特色社會(huì)主義的正義觀正是中國特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)不可或缺的題中之義,不僅是對(duì)馬克思主義正義理論的繼承發(fā)展,更對(duì)解決當(dāng)前社會(huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域困境具有極為重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在對(duì)其理論價(jià)值予以肯定的基礎(chǔ)上,本文結(jié)合中國當(dāng)前國情實(shí)際對(duì)中國特色社會(huì)主義正義觀的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑進(jìn)行了積極探索。
[Abstract]:The view of justice of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an important part of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is the continuation and innovative development of Marxist theory of justice according to the historical development and the requirements of the times. The view of justice of socialism with Chinese characteristics is based on the practice of Chinese socialist modernization construction and embodies the essential requirement of socialism, which is the inherent requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics. After more than 30 years of reform and opening-up, China's socialist modernization has made remarkable achievements. The theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics has gone through a process of development, and the concept of justice with Chinese characteristics has been improved. Taking the principle of seeking truth from facts as the principle, the Communist Party of China has made a correct exposition by observing China's national conditions, pointing out that Chinese society is still in the primary stage of socialism, and that socialist China is not yet highly developed. Therefore, the concept of socialist justice with Chinese characteristics not only has the characteristics of the general socialist justice, but also has the unique characteristics that the general socialist justice does not. The concept of socialist justice should fully reflect the justice of the working people, but in the primary stage of socialism, the development of productive forces is the primary task. We must insist on giving priority to efficiency as well as taking into account fairness. Therefore, on the issue of justice, We should not only guarantee the justice of the working people, but also guarantee the fairness and justice of the whole society. We should not only insist on the theory and the people's nature of justice, but also insist on the practicality and reality of justice. On the basis of combing the development process of Chinese and Western views of justice and Marxist views of justice, this paper further expounds the emergence, formation and development of the concept of justice of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Different types of justice views under different social systems, including socialism with Chinese characteristics, capitalism and socialism, are studied in a comparative study, and the essence and basic characteristics of their connotation are analyzed. The concept of justice of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an indispensable part of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, not only the inheritance and development of Marxist theory of justice. More to solve the current social difficulties in various fields have extremely important practical significance. On the basis of affirming its theoretical value, this paper explores the ways to realize the view of justice of socialism with Chinese characteristics according to the actual situation of China.
