【摘要】：香港自1997年回歸至今恰好二十年整,這二十年既是香港與大陸共同發(fā)展的二十年,也是香港與大陸在政治文化上相互適應(yīng)的二十年。即便如此,香港與大陸的關(guān)系并非風(fēng)平浪靜,尤其近幾年波折不斷。本文將通過觀察香港街頭運動的典型案例“占中”運動,來深入挖掘香港社會問題的根源所在。在香港回歸“一國兩制”政策50年不動搖限期來臨前期,對香港社會的內(nèi)在張力進行深度剖析,這對今后陸港關(guān)系平穩(wěn)發(fā)展具有重要的理論意義。本研究將在對香港現(xiàn)行的行政體制進行白描之后,針對香港社會經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)以及隨之而動的社會階層流動情況,通過一些搜集得來的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)和田野資料,對香港社會階層結(jié)構(gòu)變化進行精確地掌握與刻畫,同時以香港人的住房壓力為一個研究剖面,反映香港社會業(yè)已存在的巨大的貧富差距與階層分化,從而揭示出香港地區(qū)近年來社會運動頻發(fā)的深層原因。在全球化理論和不平等理論的指引下,我們發(fā)現(xiàn),香港社會存在急劇的貧富差距的原因在于,在全球化的現(xiàn)代社會,資本的回報率要遠遠高于社會經(jīng)濟的增速。換言之,富人可以通過操作其資產(chǎn)的方式實現(xiàn)利滾利并變得越來越富有;而窮人因為擁有很少的甚至不擁有例如房產(chǎn)、股票、債券等資產(chǎn),沒有辦法實現(xiàn)資產(chǎn)回報,而社會整體經(jīng)濟的增長是不會為他們帶來富足的。通過對這一問題的深層分析,我們得出結(jié)論,認為香港街頭運動的實質(zhì)不是“反中”,而是源自社會不平等現(xiàn)狀的“仇富”。明確了這一點,可以幫助我們在今后的香港社會治理中清晰問題根源,為央地關(guān)系中的重要一環(huán)——穩(wěn)定的陸港關(guān)系治理,提供一個重要而不容忽視的視角。
[Abstract]:Hong Kong has been reunited with the mainland for exactly 20 years since its return in 1997. These 20 years are not only two decades of common development between Hong Kong and the mainland, but also two decades of political and cultural adaptation between Hong Kong and the mainland. Even so, Hong Kong's relationship with the mainland has not been calm, especially in recent years. This paper will explore the root of Hong Kong's social problems by observing the typical case of "Occupy China" in Hong Kong street movement. Before the return of Hong Kong to the "one country, two systems" policy for 50 years, the internal tension of Hong Kong society is deeply analyzed, which is of great theoretical significance to the smooth development of the relationship between mainland China and Hong Kong in the future. This study will focus on the social and economic structure of Hong Kong and the social class mobility, through some collected research data and field data, after a brief description of the existing administrative system in Hong Kong. To accurately grasp and depict the changes in the social stratum structure in Hong Kong, and take the housing pressure of the people of Hong Kong as a research section, reflecting the huge gap between the rich and the poor and the social class division that already exists in Hong Kong society. Thus reveals the Hong Kong area in recent years the social movement frequency the deep reason. Under the guidance of globalization theory and inequality theory, we find that the reason for the sharp gap between the rich and the poor in Hong Kong society is that in the modern society of globalization, the rate of return on capital is much higher than the growth rate of social economy. In other words, the rich can make profits by manipulating their assets and become richer and richer; The poor have little or no assets, such as real estate, stocks, bonds and so on, and there is no way to achieve return on assets, and economic growth as a whole will not bring them prosperity. Through the deep analysis of this problem, we come to the conclusion that the essence of the street movement in Hong Kong is not "anti-China", but "hatred against the rich" derived from the current situation of social inequality. This point can help us to clear the root of the problem in the future social governance of Hong Kong, and provide an important and important angle of view for the stable dry port relationship governance in the relationship between central and local areas.
