【摘要】：利用全國婦聯(lián)和國家統(tǒng)計局2010年"第三期中國婦女社會地位調(diào)查"全國樣本數(shù)據(jù),對農(nóng)村老年人的居住方式問題進行了實證研究。當前農(nóng)村老年人空巢居住意愿為三成左右,但實際上的空巢居住方式占五成以上,居住意愿與居住方式不一致性顯著。為解釋這一現(xiàn)象,通過建立有序的logistic回歸模型對農(nóng)村老年人居住方式的影響因素進行了分析,結(jié)果表明:主觀居住意愿對老年人居住方式有顯著的影響,客觀因素對居住方式的影響存在性別差異,婚姻狀況、主要生活來源、社會養(yǎng)老保障情況、擁有自主產(chǎn)權(quán)住房情況、身體健康狀況和日常生活是否需要照料、家中是否有少年兒童對農(nóng)村男性老年人居住方式存在顯著影響;婚姻狀況、現(xiàn)住房歸屬情況、身體健康狀況、女兒數(shù)量和家中是否有少年兒童對農(nóng)村女性老年人居住方式存在顯著影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the national sample data of the National Women's Federation and the National Bureau of Statistics 2010 "the third Survey of the Social status of Chinese Women", this paper makes an empirical study on the living style of the elderly in rural areas. At present, the empty nest living desire of the rural elderly is about 30%, but in fact the empty nest living style accounts for more than 50%, and there is a significant inconsistency between the living desire and the living style. In order to explain this phenomenon, an orderly logistic regression model was established to analyze the influencing factors of the rural elderly's living style. The results showed that the subjective residence intention had a significant influence on the elderly's living style. There are gender differences in the influence of objective factors on the way of living, marital status, main sources of life, social security for the aged, housing with independent property rights, health status and daily life need to be taken care of. Whether there are children in the family has a significant impact on the rural male elderly living style; Marital status, current housing status, health status, number of daughters and whether there are children in the family have significant effects on the rural female elderly living style.
