“城居保”對農村養(yǎng)老模式選擇的影響分析

【摘要】：2009年推行的新型農村養(yǎng)老保險和2014年建立的城鄉(xiāng)居民統一社會養(yǎng)老保險對農村地區(qū)的養(yǎng)老保障有重大影響。在此前提下,本文利用中國健康與養(yǎng)老追蹤調查數據,針對養(yǎng)老保險對于農村養(yǎng)老模式選擇的影響進行分析。文章發(fā)現:隨著新農保的加入,并沒有出現我們傳統認為的選擇社區(qū)養(yǎng)老或機構養(yǎng)老增多的情況。養(yǎng)老保險的加入使得農村居民更加傾向于選擇家庭養(yǎng)老模式。主要原因在于養(yǎng)老保險能夠在一定程度上提高了老年人的經濟實力,在一定程度上有助于提高老年人在家庭中的地位,進而提高選擇家庭養(yǎng)老的可能性。根據研究結果,本文從分模式的層次分析如何完善農村地區(qū)養(yǎng)老保障。本文共分為五個章節(jié),其中,具體內容如下:第一章闡述了本文研究的背景、前人研究的成果梳理以及針對本研究提出了自己的研究假設。第二章從理論上分析了養(yǎng)老模式選擇的相關理論。該部分從與養(yǎng)老模式相關的理論,主要有馬斯洛需求理論、理性選擇理論和福利多元理論。第三章采用定量分析方法,利用多項logit回歸模型對農村養(yǎng)老模式選擇影響因素進行分析。分析結果發(fā)現,在有無配偶的前提條件下,影響老年人養(yǎng)老模式的選擇存在差別。然而,影響農村老年人養(yǎng)老模式選擇的主要因素與個人社會特征有關,家庭收入、政府轉移性支付對于選擇獨居或者養(yǎng)老院等養(yǎng)老模式并沒有顯著的影響。第四章我們利用基于隨機效應的多項logit的面板模型,在控制其他變量的基礎上,逐步回歸�；貧w結果表明,新農保對于養(yǎng)老模式的選擇有重要影響。研究發(fā)現,新農保在增強個人經濟實力的前提下,對于家庭養(yǎng)老模式有固化作用。第五章從政策建議角度出發(fā),在城鄉(xiāng)居民養(yǎng)老保險統一的背景下分析應當如何保障老人的養(yǎng)老保障。該部分從加強三個維度進行建議,并提出了相關的建議。
[Abstract]:The new rural old-age insurance introduced in 2009 and the unified social old-age insurance for urban and rural residents established in 2014 have great influence on the old-age security in rural areas. On this premise, this paper analyzes the impact of pension insurance on rural pension model selection by using the data of health and pension tracking survey in China. It is found that with the addition of new rural insurance, there is no community pension or institutional pension increase. The addition of endowment insurance makes rural residents more inclined to choose the family pension model. The main reason is that the old-age insurance can improve the economic strength of the elderly to a certain extent, help to improve the status of the elderly in the family, and then improve the possibility of choosing the family for the aged. According to the research results, this paper analyzes how to improve the old-age security in rural areas. This paper is divided into five chapters, the specific contents are as follows: the first chapter describes the background of this study, the results of previous studies and proposed their own research hypothesis. The second chapter theoretically analyzes the related theory of pension model selection. This part mainly includes Maslow's demand theory, rational choice theory and welfare pluralistic theory. In the third chapter, quantitative analysis method is used to analyze the influencing factors of rural pension model selection by using multiple logit regression models. The results show that there are differences in the choice of aged pension model under the premise of having or not having a spouse. However, the main factors affecting the rural elderly pension model choice are related to individual social characteristics. Family income and government transfer payment have no significant impact on the choice of pension model such as living alone or nursing home. In chapter 4, we use the panel model of multi-term logit based on random effect and step by step regression on the basis of controlling other variables. The regression results show that the new rural insurance has an important impact on the choice of pension model. It is found that the new rural insurance can solidify the family pension model on the premise of enhancing individual economic strength. The fifth chapter analyzes how to guarantee the old-age security of the elderly under the background of the unification of urban and rural residents' old-age insurance from the angle of policy suggestion. This part makes suggestions from three dimensions, and puts forward some related suggestions.
