【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)"去人文化"易致工具理性之困,網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息"同質(zhì)化"易致網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會生活物化,信息碎片化和單子化易致網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活"去意義化",網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往"去身體化"易致主體自我中心主義之困。為此,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理上,需要建設(shè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)思政工作隊伍,增強(qiáng)其網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輔導(dǎo)咨詢、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論危機(jī)管控、校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化和學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)心理健康教育、網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為的規(guī)范與引導(dǎo)等職業(yè)能力;創(chuàng)建微博、微信、便攜式智能終端等社會化網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺,健全官方博客圈和社群博客圈等網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū),開辟引領(lǐng)社會風(fēng)俗的特色博客、微信,加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)場域建設(shè)和治理;加快制度建設(shè),強(qiáng)化法律治理,規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播內(nèi)容和行為秩序;推進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)治理,強(qiáng)化信息篩選;政府部門牽頭制定、推廣網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德規(guī)范,制定載體自律公約,推進(jìn)行為規(guī)范的制度化建設(shè),構(gòu)建化育機(jī)制;網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體機(jī)構(gòu)及從業(yè)人員加強(qiáng)行業(yè)自律,健全完善國家、社會、職業(yè)媒體對草根媒體的引導(dǎo)、規(guī)范,增強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)個體的主體性。
[Abstract]:The network technology "dehumanizing culture" is easy to cause the tool rationality, the network information "homogenization" is easy to make the network social life materialized, the information fragmentation and the unionization is easy to cause the network life "to be meaningful". Network communication is easy to make the subject self-centrism difficult. Therefore, in network governance, we need to build up network ideological and political work force, strengthen its network application, network counseling, network public opinion crisis control, campus network culture and study style construction, network mental health education. The professional ability of regulating and guiding network behavior; Create social network platform such as Weibo, WeChat, portable intelligent terminal, perfect network community such as official blogosphere and community blogosphere, open up characteristic blog, WeChat, strengthen network field construction and governance; Speeding up the system construction, strengthening the legal governance, standardizing the network communication content and behavior order, promoting the network technology governance, strengthening the information screening; The government department takes the lead in establishing and popularizing the network moral standard, making the carrier self-discipline convention, promoting the institutionalization construction of the behavior standard, and constructing the mechanism of the chemical education; The network media organizations and practitioners should strengthen the self-discipline of the industry, perfect the guidance of the national, social and professional media to the grassroots media, standardize and strengthen the subjectivity of the network individuals.
