【摘要】：人民至上是習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義思想活的靈魂。習(xí)近平以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想就是習(xí)近平人民至上立場(chǎng)在發(fā)展實(shí)踐中理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)的體現(xiàn)。從理論上講,研究習(xí)近平以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想可以深化理解習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義思想,領(lǐng)悟到習(xí)近平這一重大思想是馬克思主義中國化最新理論成果,從而為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興提供理論依據(jù);從實(shí)踐上講,研究習(xí)近平以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想可以發(fā)揮其行動(dòng)指南作用,指導(dǎo)新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)實(shí)踐,從而有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)“人民對(duì)美好生活的向往”的目標(biāo),有利于加強(qiáng)人民對(duì)習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義思想的信仰,有利于人民更加堅(jiān)定中國特色社會(huì)主義道路自信、理論自信、制度自信與文化自信。習(xí)近平以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想是習(xí)近平同志及以習(xí)近平為核心的黨中央站在新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)新的歷史高度和實(shí)踐高度創(chuàng)建的包括“發(fā)展目的為了人民,實(shí)現(xiàn)人民對(duì)美好生活向往”、“發(fā)展動(dòng)力源自人民,發(fā)揮人民建設(shè)創(chuàng)造積極性”、“發(fā)展成果人民共享、增強(qiáng)人民實(shí)實(shí)在在獲得感”、“發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略圍繞人民,保障人民切身權(quán)利與利益”等主要內(nèi)容在內(nèi)的新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義發(fā)展思想。習(xí)近平以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想體現(xiàn)了新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)發(fā)展堅(jiān)持以人民地位為中心的政治主張,表達(dá)了以人民利益為中心的價(jià)值追求,秉承了以人民作用為中心的歷史觀,明確了以人民滿意為中心的發(fā)展歸宿,確立了新時(shí)代發(fā)展理念踐行原則,即以人民為中心,彰顯了中國共產(chǎn)黨人新時(shí)代的責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)。本文首先闡述了習(xí)近平以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想的相關(guān)概念,以求達(dá)到對(duì)這一思想的準(zhǔn)確認(rèn)知,隨后分析了這一思想形成的理論淵源及背景條件,重點(diǎn)論述了這一思想的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵,在此基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出習(xí)近平以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想的時(shí)代價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:People supremacy is the soul of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Xi Jinping's people-centered development thought is the embodiment of Xi Jinping's people's supreme position in theory and reality in development practice. Theoretically, studying Xi Jinping's people-centered development ideas can deepen the understanding of Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and realize that Xi Jinping's important thought is the latest theoretical achievement of Marxism in China. So as to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation to provide a theoretical basis; Practically speaking, studying Xi Jinping's people-centered development thought can play a guiding role in guiding the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, thus contributing to the realization of the goal of "the people yearning for a better life." It is helpful to strengthen the people's belief in Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and to strengthen people's confidence in the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, in theory, in system and in culture. Xi Jinping's people-centered development thought was created by Comrade Xi Jinping and the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core at a new historical and practical height of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, including "Development for the people," To realize the people's yearning for a better life, "the motive force for development comes from the people and give play to the initiative of the people in building and creating", "the people share the fruits of development and enhance the people's real sense of access", and "the development strategy revolves around the people," Protection of the people's vital rights and interests, including the new era of socialist development with Chinese characteristics. Xi Jinping's people-centered development thought embodies the political stand of adhering to the people-centered position in the construction and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and expresses the value pursuit of taking the interests of the people as the center. Adhering to the historical view of the people's role as the center, defining the development end-result of the people's satisfaction as the center, and establishing the practice principle of the development concept of the new era, that is, taking the people as the center, showing the responsibility of the Chinese Communists in the new era. This paper first expounds the relevant concepts of Xi Jinping's people-centered development thought, in order to achieve an accurate understanding of this thought, and then analyzes the theoretical origin and background conditions for the formation of this thought. This paper mainly discusses the scientific connotation of this thought, and sums up the value of the development thought of Xi Jinping's people-centered on this basis.
